Support during the setup amazing! Lots of user settings to fiddle with to customize it however you prefer. So far, it's worked great. - anxiously waiting for integrated email routing for drop shipping I also tried Ordoro. I think ShipStation is much better.

Fantastic application - pulls in orders from multiple marketplaces including ShipStation. Quite literally couldn't run my business without it.

There are very few tools in the marketplace that live up to their claims let alone the needs of small businesses. Shipstation, from the first day, saved my company immense amounts of time, energy and money. We're now able to focus on producing products and assisting our customers instead of spending all day on shipping. THANK YOU!!!!

LOVE ship station. Integrates seamlessly with shopify. Orders show right up and with a few clicks everything is ready for printing and packaging. I also lilke the little features like customized packing and shipping labels, manual imports, and graph of sales.

I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy. There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites: I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard. I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together. I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer. The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.) On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them. Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!

We know it might sound like too much flattery to say that ShipStation saved our lives, but it's true! We ship a lot of small orders, many to overseas addresses. It's a snap to set up filters and automated tasks. Then, with the click of a single button, all labels & invoices come flying out - with customs forms already filled out! Plus, you can link shipping providers, and get commercial shipping rates. Win. Win. Win.

Outstanding! It saves so much time especially when dealing with customs forms for international shipments. Today we added a refurbished Zebra shipping label printer. Wow! No longer do we have to replace ink and paper. The set-up with ShipStation was a breeze even on a Mac. If you ship products anywhere in the world like we do, you need ShipStation! And pick up yourself a label printer. You won't regret it. Shopify, ShipStation, and a label printer are the triple whammy for selling products online.

We love ShipStation! We had been using several other shipping programs and ShipStation is the far superior program. We are able to ship more orders, much faster, and with less errors. Not to mention, the customer services is awesome and the interface is so much more aesthetically pleasing. The only complaint we have had is that there is no way to schedule shipping notifications to be sent later (and not right when the label is created). If ShipStation could implement this, it would be so great!

I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could...the only ding is that it is a bit slow at times. But the flexibility and customization options are excellent. It's improved our workflow, the speed with which we're able to ship large quantities of product, and our overall accuracy. This is a very, very good app for the small business owner trying to do a lot of shipping with a small labor force.

ShipStation is an absolutely amazing app. Their software has saved both us and our manufacturer HOURS of work. It was simple to set up and very easy to learn. Definitely worth looking into whether you are a small or large company. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify.

ShipStation is a fantastic app. We're able to funnel both of our Shopify stores, as well as process outside orders - quickly and easily. Update 2/3/16 - It's been about a year and a half since using Shipstation. It is by far the best on the market due to its frequent feature updates, customer service and intuitive interface. GET SHIP DONE :) --2013-- Shipstation has helped my Beer Art business,"Craft Beerd" in the following ways: - Efficient order tracking - Discounted postage - Batch processing of mailing labels - Stat tracking of popular items, etc - filtering products to view for a specific reason So far so good! Shipstation is absolutely fantastic. I wish it had a method to more easily import orders from a CSV file when each order has more than one SKU/item. Beyond that, Shipstation is seamless and worth every penny.

After trying other shipping apps for Shopify, we are convinced that ShipStation is simply the best option available by far! The ShipStation software is a great combination of easy-to-use and powerful. The features are all reasonably accessible and visible, which is important to me. There are also great instructional videos to make it easy for those who just need minimal functionality.

This App has made my life so much easier! I can easily create and print shipping labels after finding the best shipping prices for my customers! I also like to print ShipStation packing slips to include in the package I am mailing! I would highly recommend this App!

Decided to try it for 30-days since I was busy with the shop... so glad I did! Super easy, takes minutes to ship orders once you set up your system, love how you can set "hot keys" for common orders.. takes me about 2 minutes to ship orders -literally as opposed to 10-20 minutes. Really like how you print label and print slip. Easiest and best tool!! A+++
