After trying other shipping apps for Shopify, we are convinced that ShipStation is simply the best option available by far! The ShipStation software is a great combination of easy-to-use and powerful. The features are all reasonably accessible and visible, which is important to me. There are also great instructional videos to make it easy for those who just need minimal functionality.

Decided to try it for 30-days since I was busy with the shop... so glad I did! Super easy, takes minutes to ship orders once you set up your system, love how you can set "hot keys" for common orders.. takes me about 2 minutes to ship orders -literally as opposed to 10-20 minutes. Really like how you print label and print slip. Easiest and best tool!! A+++

I honestly can not say enough positive things about Shipstation and how it really has enabled me to increase my efficiency when it comes shipping out my products. I also love their UI and tracking elements, and again, their system is VERY easy for me to be able to streamline my shipping process. I actually started out using Ordercup, and then switched over. There is NO comparison between the 2, Not to talk bad about them, but SS simply is a much more refined, easy to use, and simply more up-to-date system. I also loved the fact that 3 days or so into my Trial, I received a call from Chris Gee on their Team, and he was just checking in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, which I did. That in and of itself was nice, but what was better is I have built a great relationship with Chris and he does not mind it when I email him quick questions. Man this was really a life changer. Once you weigh your material it is literally all just 1 click ship. Add on top of the fact that the two smaller services compete for the rate so you safe close to .20 a package just from picking the other services. The customer service is also phenomenal. All very affordable on top of it. Really can't say a single bad thing.

I can't believe that I waited so long to start using ShipStation. It's really easy to use (much better than the online USPS system), and has saved us tons of time. The biggest payback for us are those pesky international orders, and the time it would take to fill out customs forms. I can't believe it every time we do it, now it take seconds and it's complete.

Very powerful shipping app! love the filters and automation rules, it saves a ton of time once set up. Also I'm impressed with the support that comes with. I tried Odoro first and this one beats it in all categories. I definitely recommend it!

Absolutely love ShipStation! It has made the shipping process much faster than any other method I have tried. Customer service is great, readily available, and efficient. My customers and company are both impressed by the new low rates Midori Bikinis is able to offer, rates only ShipStation offers. Highly Recommended!

We were a little hesitant at first- we ship usually by USPS.com - but WOW were we wrong. No turning back now- I couldn't imagine our business without ShipStation. The invoices we get that print out are perfect with each shipment, the data on our customers, tracking, notifying our customers automatically, easy to print a return label - A+ just brilliant!

Our company has gone through many different third party shipping programs and I can say that we are very happy with ShipStation. Not only is ShipStation easy and friendly to use, but it saves us so much time in shipping high volume of orders. I personally love the fact that it's so organized. It definitely helps us get through each day processing orders a lot faster than before. We are highly satisfied with ShipStation. :)

We've been using ShipStation since a couple months after we started using StitchLabs. Together they're amazing! I can't believe we used to do this however we used to do this. I'm able to have my sister 800 miles away handle all of our retail shipping, it's been amazing. Don't waste any time not having this app!

At first I was hesitant to use ShipStation because of the price, I tried it for free for 30 days and now I pay happily the 65$ a month for having my Shopify store, eBay and Amazon account linked to ShipStation. It cut drastically the shipping time and I now enjoy doing shipping. VIncent

ShipStation has simplified my business and my life! Bottom line, if you ship product and are looking for a service to help manage your shipping needs (sync with UPS, USPS, FedEX...and create labels), do yourself a favor and pony up for ShipStation! I would also like to add that their support is fantastic!

I don't usually leave a comment unless I am overwhelmed with something that is worthwhile spending time to share with... well. ShipStaion is.. I have researched pretty much every option available in the market. Here are the main reasons why you want to adapt their service so that you can find more time of yourself or spend more important things that only you can do... Perhaps, go to Santa Monica beach with your family. :) 1. None of softwares are perfect; however, ShipStation support-staffs understand the means of excellent service. They WILL be available when a problem happens. - that is all it counts in business. 2. They work well with "other" associated support companies such as StitchLabs, Carrier services, etc. They don't 'dump' problems to others, but take it seriously as if it is their own problem. 3. The results by signing up with their service extends far more value than the committed monthly fee. Our company has saved up to 30-40% of labor time comparing from where we were without Shipstation. It has virtually eliminated the most of human errors and our inventories are now well managed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. - Don't waste your time searching somebody else. D.
