Love Shipstation. We went nearly four years doing the Paypal Multiship route. Frustrated we didn't go to Shopify + Shipstation sooner. Just a wonderful solution.

This app has been great! It helps me aggregate all my shipping data from multiple sources including shopify. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it gets expensive when you integrate multiple channels. Site: www.Getzesttea.com

ShipStation has completely changed my business. I have gained valuable hours in my day now that I am using ShipStation to manage my shipping process. The app is very easy to use. It is exactly what I was looking for when I signed up.

We were using Stamp.com and then tried another integrated solution, but neither of them came close to simplifying shipping like ShipStation. The only thing I would change would be an easier way to manually input an address without having to put in individual components into different fields.

We are new to using shipstation, and it has been great! Simplifies the shipping process very much and speeds up everything. We used to have to enter all the information into dazzel and fedex and this app does it for you! Very convenient! Glad someone recommended it to us to use! Would recommend it to any business big or small.

This app has really streamlined and improved our shipping and fulfillment process. I can't believe I used to manually create shipping labels in USPS, UPS, and FedEx before using ShipStation. Works great for pushing orders to Fulfillment by Amazon when we need to use that service. Happy with everything about this app!

I am a new user to ShipStation and I can already not imagine my life without it. My business manufactures on a small scale--very small, as there are three of us. At this juncture it is an impossibility for me not to be involved in production in some capacity. Prior to shipstation, I would spend an entire morning looking between UPS and my shopify store to print out orders. With ShipStation, this gets reduced to about 30 minutes at the absolute most. In short, ShipStation gave me 3.5 hours. ShipStation made this step 800% more efficient. It took 1/8th the time. I think you get the picture.

If you ship products, you need ShipStation. Greatly reduces our time spent shipping orders. Very easy to use, yet very powerful. Only regret is not using it sooner.

I have used several shipping systems over the years with other stores I have ran in the past. None have been as intuitive or as thorough as ShipStation. In our first month in business, we shipped over 2,000 items. If it weren't for ShipStation's automation and organization tools, we wouldn't have been able to do it.

Shipstation has made fulfilling orders a snap. It has simplified my business in so many ways. I dont know how I was doing it before Shipstation.

Ship Station has simplified life for us so much. Before shipstation, we would receive an order, enter all the info into our database software (Microsoft Access), then log on to fedex.com, ups.com, and usps.com to cover all our shipping options. Then we would type the address in, following the piece of paper we printed out. Now we just log in to ship station, print out our invoices and labels, and ship. I would estimate it has cut our order processing time in half - maybe more. Highly reccomended, especially if using shopify as it integrates so smoothly

Fantastic application - pulls in orders from multiple marketplaces including ShipStation. Quite literally couldn't run my business without it.

There are very few tools in the marketplace that live up to their claims let alone the needs of small businesses. Shipstation, from the first day, saved my company immense amounts of time, energy and money. We're now able to focus on producing products and assisting our customers instead of spending all day on shipping. THANK YOU!!!!

I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy. There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites: I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard. I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together. I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer. The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.) On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them. Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!

We know it might sound like too much flattery to say that ShipStation saved our lives, but it's true! We ship a lot of small orders, many to overseas addresses. It's a snap to set up filters and automated tasks. Then, with the click of a single button, all labels & invoices come flying out - with customs forms already filled out! Plus, you can link shipping providers, and get commercial shipping rates. Win. Win. Win.

We love ShipStation! We had been using several other shipping programs and ShipStation is the far superior program. We are able to ship more orders, much faster, and with less errors. Not to mention, the customer services is awesome and the interface is so much more aesthetically pleasing. The only complaint we have had is that there is no way to schedule shipping notifications to be sent later (and not right when the label is created). If ShipStation could implement this, it would be so great!

Shipstation is absolutely fantastic. I wish it had a method to more easily import orders from a CSV file when each order has more than one SKU/item. Beyond that, Shipstation is seamless and worth every penny.
