Great shipping app. We highly recommend it. Fulfilling orders has become more efficient and more cost effective. Can't imagine shipping products without them!

After struggling for 3 years trying to manually input fedex labels from my growing number of orders, I finally got ShipStation. It has cut my shipping time by 65% AND it was very easy to implement my multiple platforms I sell on. With these multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon and Ebay) all orders are now funneled down into ShipStation so I can now go to one place and get monthly sales reports, shipping reports, tracking reports and what my best/worst selling products of the month were. ShipStation has totally revolutionized my business. Good Job Guys!!!

ShipStation rocks. It saves a ton of time when it comes to shipping and fulfillment. It notifies our chef wear customer that there order is shipped along with tracking, and it allows us to quickly print and email labels for hassle free returns.

I love Ship Station - it has been great for shipping via Canada Post with options and features that the regular CP app on Shopify can't do. The set-up is fairly simple and once you get used to it, it's a breeze to use. I ran into some issues with my shipping carrier working properly on my account with Ship Station and I have to say, SS has some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. When things go wrong with shipping, it's urgent and they get that. For that reason alone, they get 5 stars from me.

At Birdsbesafe, we have been selling online for 4.5 years, but we made a change two months ago to Shopify--which was a great step as business was growing terrifically. Even better, then we chose ShipStation so that time could be saved on shipping. We have saved a lot of time. If you don't have efficient shipping labels, really, you need to get ShipStation. Plus, such friendly customer care that they called to check if we had any problems. I think I fell out of my chair. What a great business partner to have. Really could not be happier with this App. Searched for awhile for a good order processing and shipping software that integrated with Shopify and the other marketplaces that we sell on. Could not be happier with how simple the app was to setup and have been blown away by the level of functionality packed into one affordable app!

ShipStation is our go-to app for shipping. Makes things so much easier. With 25+ orders a day it only takes me roughly 30 seconds to fill and ship a order. Could use a lot of tweaks and feature upgrades but I'm sure they are working hard to get us more features. A highly recommended eCommerce app.

This app has changed my business for the better. Thanks to ShipStation, I have now incorporated all of my orders from Shopify, eBay and Amazon into one shipping platform. With ShipStation, I have also created very professional and uniform (same product description regardless of marketplace) packing slips to include with each shipment. Its very easy to customize the templates as needed. For instance, my packing slips for eBay orders has a note asking for a 5-star review specific to eBays detailed seller ratings. Thanks ShipStation!

2025 they continue to have constant bugs and problems, but we still rely on them for our shipping 2024 update: they redid their UX and stupidly removed the ability to send multi-box shipments. This was the whole reason to use SS. We will be taking our business elsewhere. They have always been full of bugs HORRENDOUS customer support and don't listen to customers. We hate using them. Will now find someone else. Anyone else would be better - try Shippo or Shipping Pirate - anyone else. +++++ Horrible. There is not tech support whatsoever except a terrible bot. This is a complicated platform.

I only wish I would've done this sooner! It makes shipping and dealing with orders overall so much easier. Love that you can customize receipts, packing slips, and other things, and will continue to use it for all of our stores. UPDATE: I thought you couldn't print a label outside of one associated with a store order. I was wrong! And to help clarify, actual, honest-to-goodness customer service! ShipStation has really saved us a ton of time when it comes to shipping. We used to go to UPS to drop off shipments EVERY DAY! It was very time consuming and it sometimes took a day or two to get shipments out. With ShipStation, our customers are happy that their orders go out right away and we are happy because we are saving time and money!

I looked for a long time for a program like Shipstation. We were constantly making errors and awkwardly trying to ship, print packing slips, and usually missed several orders a week, and got many angry cancellations. Shipstation communicates orders directly to me and to my fulfillment company. I check orders in the morning, see how various shipping methods have been automatically applied, I can change a shipping speed, add a note, add a colored label to indicate a rush, or hold an order if a customer has a last minute change. Order cancellations are easy, and done by the time the fulfillment company fills the orders at 8:30. We make no more mistakes. I would recommend shipstation to anyone who does shipping of any size packages. The support is also friendly and thorough, with no attitude. There are also good videos for when you first begin.

Shipstation is amazing! We have increased our efficiency by shipping 10fold!! A must have app for start-up companies that are realizing many orders and few employees to fill them! Let technology do the heavy lifting!

ShipStation is invaluable for when your business starts to take off. It does so much—easy shipping (of course), batching, and yes, REPORTING. I only have the cheapest Shopify account type so the basic-but-useful reporting is much appreciated. Sure, the interface is dated and could use a tweak here and there (I'm a user experience expert as well, so this could be my bias) but its utility totally compensates for the look & feel. Also, the customer support is fantastic. Write an email and get an answer from a real live human being who speaks fluent English. Hooray!
