ShipStation

This system is retarded, you have to manually go and refresh "update all stores" when orders come in to make sure the orders get pulled from Shopify and then pushed to FBA. The goal of having such is a system is to automate a process and not use manpower, but you still need manpower to update orders.

Ship Station is a must-have for any small business who engages in ecommerce! It makes end-of-day shipping so easy and has streamlined our process to help make time for what's important: growing our business! Their support team is always responsive and resolves issues in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app.

If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. ShipStation has been a lifesaver for us. As Ugmonk has grown over the years, we were getting buried in orders and having trouble keeping up on the fulfillment side of things. We've been using ShipStation for years and it's save us so much time. I love the automation and batch processing features. Also, works great for international orders and auto-fills the customs info. If you aren't using ShipStation, there's a good chance you are wasting quite a bit of time. Highly recommend for stores of any size.

What would Fringe Sport do without ShipStation? Probably ship a lot slower, at higher cost, and with more stress! I found the app worked okay and didn't have any problems, but in the end I didn't find the extra cost and added steps to be worth it. Perhaps my volume wasn't high enough to see the benefits but I found just using Shopify's system to carry out my orders and arrange shipping to be easier and cheaper. RARR Sportswear www.rarr.com

We use ShipStation and the Shopify integraton for our store TogTees (www.togtees.com). Highly developed app that is really critically useful for us in our daily shipping needs. At this point, we are shipping hundreds of orders each month, and ShipStation helps us streamline, process, fulfill and a lot more. We couldn't survive without it! The only request we have for additional features right now is it would be nice to have some relatively advanced analytics within ShipStation regarding orders, most popular products, average shipping cost, average delivery times, etc. Just stuff to help us plan and develop strategy around shipping and customer service. Overall, great app and service - highly recommended!

I see I'm not the only one. The app isn't working. You cant do a "end of day". I FINALLY got a response from their customer service that suggested a use Chrome in stead of Safari... and it didn't change. You cant close off the shipments anymore, and its not an error on my end. Now they don't even respond. So if you have printed off 50 shipments, and cant even close off... its a complete waste of time. UPDATE: They finally fixed the problem, took a good week.... but its working now. They did apologize for not responding and they did fix the problem so that the app works for me now. UPDATE AGAIN: after a few days of working, the app isnt working again... and im getting ZERO response from their customer service team. Not even a basic "we are looking into it"... nothing. After printing dozens of labels, i now have to re-print them else where manually, and email each customer their new tracking. So much for a time saver!

worth having and worth the money for sure. shipstation is the way to go.

Wow! Really good service to go with the functionality. Of all the apps I tested, ShipStation was the most intuitive. Fortunately, it also comes with excellent support for getting started and ongoing questions, thanks to my account manager Devin.

Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. They only offer chat and email support and both are slow and typically worthless. On top of which, they don't bother to offer support until starting at 9:00 am eastern (country club hours). By that time of the day, if I've got issues with their software, my day's already shot! WHY ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF THE PHONE???? The software is largely good, but if you're looking for support, go with ShippingEasy! At least they have a phone number and are concerned about customer service. ShipStation simply doesn't care about its customers or about providing quality customer service! If you're thinking about using them, try someone else FIRST! If you're already using them, you should be looking around.

Into this app for 2 weeks now and am very disappointed in the support service. Can't call them unless we have the most expensive package. Rep is of no help. Just submitted a support ticket; we'll see how fast they respond. It seems like this may be the right program for us, but there's just no help in setting things up.

Shipstation is a must-have for me, especially for the convenience of funneling multiple sales channels into one place. As far as the Shopify app- I don't even notice that it exists so I'd say it's working flawlessly.

Shipstation is an excellent shipping app. We're able to integrate all our sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc) and use the same automation rules to quickly print out the correct postage. Our business would be much more difficult to run without it.
