Amazing app its extremely useful glitch free and fast. Love that it integrates with everything out there Most useful thing is the Shipstation connect app that runs on a computer or server and overcomes any printer issues and compatibility . using the dymo 4xl shipping is fun and fast. Automation is pretty neat too

We've used Shipstation for over a year and it's hands down the best stand alone shipping application. Just about everything that needs to be done, ShipStation is able to do. Automated returns and split orders are both live savers, are are batch processing. Definitely a good investment.

Big fan of ShipStation. It integrates easily with everything we need (Shopify, Stitch Labs, Printer, etc) and can be customized to automate specific package details if you want it to. The reports it can run are super helpful such as easily comparing the shipping we're charging customers vs. our actual shipping costs. Also appreciate that it gives us access to commercial shipping rates on USPS. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect! I've been shipping for 10 years and have used every app. This is by far the best in all aspects. Most of them are made for just a few orders a day, or are far too complicated for the average web store. This one is easy to learn, fast, and has an excellent dashboard. Nothing else that I've used comes close. Great!

ShipStation was just great until a few months ago. Then things started going wrong. The app began to lose track of our scale at random times and could no longer read weights. At first we thought it was the computer we were using so we bought a new one but it did not help. I tried downloading ShipStation Connect and reinstalling it but it still did not fix it. So we decided maybe it was our scale and replaced that as well. All to no avail, so I went to the forum to see if there was anyone else having issues. I found not one but many others having the same problem with the printer or the scale. That was not the worst of it though. They made a change to the weights and included a decimal place in the ounces. This caused errors in more than one area and I submitted a request to support to tell me how to remove the decimal from my set up. Well, I got lectures, articles and repeated explanations as to why I needed that decimal. I was told that there was no way the decimal could have caused any problems and that it was there to stay. And that was that - we immediately began looking for a new app to replace ShipStation. Absolute worst customer service and support ever experienced.

This app has definitely made shipping easier for us. The software allows auto import of customer data from many sites and shipping rates are automatically applied if filters and rules have been set up. However I'd caution anyone who is looking for shipping software to shop around. Shipstation offers no phone support, the software has difficulty automatically splitting applying shipping rates to orders containing multiple items, and the bulk import tool sucks. This means that if you have lots of customers that buy multiple items, you're still doing a lot of manual sorting. Also, if you run a Kickstarter campaign, for example, and need to import several hundred orders VIA .csv, you're going to run into problems.

We're very impressed with ShipStation, its proving to be a boon for efficiency here at vitrazza. We easily connected with our shopify store and amazon seller account, and then with 3 different shippers we use. The interface is awesome, reports are great and having all our orders aggregated just makes it all so much easier. Highly recommend.

September 9, 2015: WOW! What a difference a few months makes! So we had tried Shipstation before to have as a backup to our other shipping software (see original review below). It didn't work for us then but it works great now! Now our other shipping software is not working and we decided to see if Shipstation had fixed it's issues and boy is this good software. We immediately switched all our shippers to Shipstation. We love it and it saved us when we needed it the most. THANK YOU SHIPSTATION FOR TAKING OUR EXPERIENCE INTO CONSIDERATION AND FIXING YOUR SOFTWARE!! =) April 27, 2015: The software looks very nice and sleek, and the customer service people are nice. I am very sure this company is comprised of lovely people so please understand this review is only about the functionality of the service/website. Where this website/service fails is if you are a volume seller. For example, if you have a large sale where you get 10s of thousands of orders at the same time, the software LITERALLY cannot find any order you look up to ship because naturally those orders will be "pending" shipping. A customer service rep at Shipstation confirmed this is a known issue with them and said they will "suggest" this be fixed. So I have to uninstall this app. If you have the potential sell 5K, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K etc. orders at the same time this shipping service is not for you.

I would 100% recommend Ship Station to any of my friends. I am a 30 year old artist who sells my stuff on Etsy and Shopify. It seems like where a lot of my friends and fellow entrepreneurs go wrong is organization and efficiency. When I see other online sellers, going to the post office and dropping off all their fulfilled orders once a week, I want to puke. That takes up so much valuable time. And money. The discounted rates is totally the cherry on top when it comes to Ship Station. Customer service is A+ too.

Superstars ship station!!! love love love this app --took years off my life --sends out automated letters for both stores my website and eBay with customized profile on it and message. I can now advertise my website to eBay users. Remembers my ship choices for items. Adds orders together easily for shipping. Already recommended this app. saving money too.

ShipStation is simply one of the best products and best approaches to helping customers on the planet. We work with many cloud-based platforms. Many do a good job. Very few are as easy to work with, have tremendous support, are always listening & growing. They are sincerely interested and open to feedback. Feature requests are clearly displayed on the site with the status of each...not something you see very often at all. I just hope you guys think about a new platforms for other services :-) Keep up the amazing work! Mark

We moved to ShipStation on Lettuce' recommendation. Our ShipStation experience has been terrific. My three favorite things: 1) Onboarding call. To help us get started, one of the SS folks called and answered questions. 2) Slick, thoughtful product that seems to be working reliably perfectly and exceeding expectations often. 3) On every support reply we've received, the rep has not only read our question but looked into our product and done their homework on our setup, before answering. Wow.

If you are shipping in house and have not moved to a fulfillment center, ShipStation is the best way to go. Perfect for tracking orders, sending return labels to customers and end of day print forms so that the post office can just scan one bar code so that all of your dropped off orders are instantly scanned in. I've been meaning to write this review for a little while now, but like any good love story, taking the time to come up for air has been hard. Also like any other crazy love story, all that comes to mind when I think about Shipstation is a bunch of corny cliches. I'm a stay at home mom of two little boys and started my own clothing line for new moms. I was sending a couple of orders a week to friends and family by going to the post office. Business picked up to four or five orders a week and I started printing shipping online. Then we ran our first ad on Facebook and things took off. Shipstation no joke changed my life. I have managed to keep up with over 200 orders a week (and keep my babies alive) by using the program. I can even make scrambled eggs and print postage at the same time. I can't get over how easily it works alongside Shopify and how easy it is to learn how how to use. Seriously if you are using anything else right now, stop- and bring Shipstation on board. Sometimes at the end of the night when I go to sleep all caught up on orders, I send a little virtual hug to Texas. Seriously, my company would still be a little hobby if it wasn't for Shipstation.

Really like how we can customize our printing label, packing slips, etc all in a flash. Their most recent platform update was a great improvement over an already strong product. What we like most about ShipStation is that as our company has grown, we've been able to scale up with ShipStation; there's really no limit to what we can offer now.
