Fantastic option for those who "self insure" via the Shopify insurance. We have used a few different apps and this one by far is the easiest. Doesn't slow down checkout, or the store at all. Customer service was super quick answering a question I had as well. 10/10 recommend this app!

Calculations correct, but does not work with multi currencies. It was changing the currency symbol for the total amount in the cart. No reply to my support request. Use it with 1 currency only and seems to work fine. And be aware. Upon installation it shows up as a product: The box: This is a physical product was ticked. I did not know that. So shopify tells customers this can not be shipped to their address, so if the insurance is activated the whole cart can not be checked out. If you run a big store you are about to loose a lot of sales not knowing what is causing the problem. This kind of app developers should be banned from the platform immediately! This is not a small issue. It is stupid not to double check all settings before releasing the app.
