Very responsive and helpful tech support. The great support is the only reason I have used Shogun as long as I have. Only reason I didn't give Shogun 5 stars is because of the pricing. They need to have an option in-between their Build and Measure pricing options. I need more than 25 pages but I need nowhere near 250. So makes no sense for me to step up to the $150 a month subscription price for 250 pages but I will have to find another page builder app soon that will allow me more than 25 pages at a reasonable price point.

The Shogun support team are phenomenal and respond very quickly to any questions we have. Justine in particular has been great to work with; she is always happy to help with any issues that arise and replies with detailed responses. We've used Shogun to create landing pages for individual products, collection pages as well as blogs. The support staff have been really helpful and their responses have been incredibly quick.

I really like the design possibilities of the page builder, which is why l chose it over Shopify for my homepage. Support was very helpful in solving an error l had.

I do like the app however it is at times clunky - however, my experience with Mara on support was fantastic as she was very quick at resolving my problem!

Features could be a little more robust (specifically the product carousels not being able to propagate additional content) but support is very helpful and fast.

Been using Shogun for a while to build pages for our shop. It is very intuitive and powerful. Support is very helpful too. There are some UI bugs and it can be slow at times, but overall, it's a solid software and recommended. However, they should introduce a new plan. $49 to $149 is a huge jump in pricing, without any inbetween.

Great app for customising pages! We have multiple stores and the sync function really comes in handy.

I had issues with the frontpage not showing correctly frontend but worked significantly backend. Mara was quick to reach out and solved the issue for me.

I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 4. Since I left my review I've spoken to two Shogun experts who got in touch to show me how to achieve the looks I was after. They have been a great help. They were also magnanimous enough to accept all my feedback about how fiddly things are and how unintuitive it can be. However, they convinced me that once you know what you are doing, you can build great pages. My issue was that I was in a rush and tried to figure things out myself and this was an accident waiting to happen..! So my advice to anyone reading is: it is a great tool capable of great things but alIow yourself some time to train on the basics before you get stuck in. Don't be like me, basically..

So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

Ich habe ein großes Problem mit meiner Seite gehabt und diese tauchen ab und an wieder auf (header & footer erscheinen in Speicherung, obwohl ausgeklickt). Der Support hat sich umgehend mit der Angelegenheit ausführlich befasst und das Problem in kurzer Zeit gelöst. Leider aber ist das Problem nicht permanent behoben, so dass ich bei neuen Seiten, die ich einrichte, jedes Mal den Support kontaktieren muss, um das Problem zu beheben. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Der Support ist TOP!!!

Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.

The support team is great, responsive and helpful. However, the builder is just not good enough. Needs a lot of improvement in flexibility and UX. Still, this is the best one out of the three builders I have tried.

Best site design platform on Shopify. Many areas to improve upon, but overall beats out the rest of the apps available. I foresee them, with their great team, continually improving upon the app though, so I will remain a happy customer! :D

Customer service is great! Have run in to functionality issues from time to time but most have simple work-arounds.

Shogun is a great tool! Wonderful for making changes that Shopify doesn't have natively. The support staff are dedicated to helping the customer, James Power was especially good to us.
