The app gets a little buggy at times, but the team to help is amazing and area always fast to help me with any issues that happen.

Overall it's great for what it does. What's not so great is relying on them when shit hits the fan. Something happened with their backend that kept us from updating our pages. Took them around a month to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Provided zero compensation for the issue even though I'm paying $$ each month. Hard to say how reliable they will be in the long run.

I am building all of my pages on with shogun. The HTML feature is awesome and the chat feature is soooooo helpful. I have split my develop time in half with the help of your team instead of trying to figure everything out on my own! Thank you!!!

I needed to have an urgent solution to a problem I was facing. They responded literally immediately, tried to find out what was exactly the problem and showed me a solution. I am happy with their great customer service! I am also satisfied with all the functions the app has. There are many variety of things you can do without having specific knowledges. Thanks shogun!

Excellent customer service. Andre was fast to respond and attentive while listening to a goal I was trying to achieve using Shogun's building blocks. Andre even recorded a video showing me exactly how to achieve my goal. Great job!

Shambolic - terrible service. The AB testing tool does not work at all and their excuses as to why were laughable. Stay away.

I have been using this app from its beginning. Ive been introduce to other page builders but this was and still is the best one by far!!! Never disappoints... and the customer and tech service is better than no other.
