I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 4. Since I left my review I've spoken to two Shogun experts who got in touch to show me how to achieve the looks I was after. They have been a great help. They were also magnanimous enough to accept all my feedback about how fiddly things are and how unintuitive it can be. However, they convinced me that once you know what you are doing, you can build great pages. My issue was that I was in a rush and tried to figure things out myself and this was an accident waiting to happen..! So my advice to anyone reading is: it is a great tool capable of great things but alIow yourself some time to train on the basics before you get stuck in. Don't be like me, basically..

Shogun platform and support are amazing. It is so simple to learn and use, and we are actually able to do more iterating through page layouts and designs than we thought possible. We have tried several approaches to optimizing our pages in the past, and nothing compares to the simplicity of Shogun, and the clarity of data that comes with testing. The level of service is the best of any plugin we have experienced. Support response is very fast and friendly, and the responses we receive are thorough and help us accomplish our goals.

Great app, easy to use and learn. Support is super responsive and helpful. Nothing worse than getting stuck on an issue and waiting days for resolution, Shogun support is on it fast with solutions so we can move on with our projects.

This is such a great app to have if you are looking to customize your website and don't have any HTML skills. We've used Shogun on every page of our website for the past few years, and have had such a great response. It allows you to truly optimize your product and landing pages. Plus the customer support is always quick to respond when I have issues/questions!

Excellent product. I am not a developer, just a business owner and I've been able to use Shogun to effectively build educational pages and service oriented pages to enhance our online store.

Before online 2.0, shopify was very limited in creating pages and shogun has been great in creating pages for our store from product pages to other pages to reflect our offerings. Support has always been responsive and helpful. Just recently we are transitioning to our pages on online 2.0 and once again support was helpful in the process of reverting some of the pages.

So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

The app gets a little buggy at times, but the team to help is amazing and area always fast to help me with any issues that happen.

Overall it's great for what it does. What's not so great is relying on them when shit hits the fan. Something happened with their backend that kept us from updating our pages. Took them around a month to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Provided zero compensation for the issue even though I'm paying $$ each month. Hard to say how reliable they will be in the long run.
