The app is very simple to use on a basic level and has surprisingly good amount of customization options for a wider knowledge base user. The support for Shogun is probably one of the fastest responding and enjoyable to talk to out all different apps we've used.

Shogun is the perfect tool for anyone looking to quickly and easily create beautiful, professional pages for their store. With amazing customer service that is always willing to help, Shogun makes it easy to get the most out of their product. Whether you're just getting started or are looking to take your page design to the next level, Shogun is the perfect tool for you. Now let me tell you why: The customer service is amazing. The plan I was on, gave me 24/7 chat support. I never realized what a great value it was until I needed it! I get responses in as little as a couple of minutes, every time. I've had several questions throughout my journey and the team was more than happy to help. Not only did they answer my questions, but they took the time to explain things in detail and even provided a personalized recording for me, along with some additional resources so I could learn more about specific features. The product is constantly being updated with new features and improvements, while it's easy to use, I'm finding out that I'm just now scratching the surface of what it possible. Just last week, they added a custom templates section and released some major updates that allow you to animate web elements. So if there's something you want Shogun to do, just request it and chances are good that it'll be added in a future update. In short, Shogun is an incredibly powerful page builder with amazing customer service. Most importantly, it's a company that puts its customers first. If you're looking to create professional pages for your store quickly and easily, Shogun is the perfect tool for you. Such an easy to use app. Shogun makes it easy to layout pages. Duplicating content and using templates saves so much time.

as someone who is mostly web dev illiterate, this builder is pretty easy to use. For everything I wasn't sure of, customer support has been amazing! Fast responses and always helpful!

This is my 2nd store built on Shogun. There's some limitations that no-code builders have generally while working with Shopify - but this is a top pick! Support is always excellent. I've had 10+ interactions, all positive.

Ich habe ein großes Problem mit meiner Seite gehabt und diese tauchen ab und an wieder auf (header & footer erscheinen in Speicherung, obwohl ausgeklickt). Der Support hat sich umgehend mit der Angelegenheit ausführlich befasst und das Problem in kurzer Zeit gelöst. Leider aber ist das Problem nicht permanent behoben, so dass ich bei neuen Seiten, die ich einrichte, jedes Mal den Support kontaktieren muss, um das Problem zu beheben. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Der Support ist TOP!!!

excellent app for end e-commerce teams that want to build pages without engaging front end developers. amazing support. I just wish you could sync pages between expansion storefronts on standard plans.

The Shogun team is awesome! The App is easy to use and really gives you the ability to customize your landing pages. With the rapidly changing ecommerce landscape, occasionally compatibility issues can arise but it's nice to know that Shogun support is on it. They respond quickly and took care of my little bug caused by our theme. I'd recommend Shogun to anyway using Shopify.

This app does what it says and does it really well. The support staff is really helpful as well. I recently had a problem that turned out being a conflict from my theme's css and not shogun, Lynsey from support immediately found the problem, dropped in a fix, and explained what she did. Would highly recommend for getting around the limitations of your theme.
