The functionality of the app has been great for our landing and product page needs. The customer service has been excellent both in response time and solutions!

We love the freedom we have to design unique landing pages for every different occasion. Not to mention, the ability to sync pages across our individual websites in each market is going to be a great timesaver. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful addressing all of our questions and concerns.

We were having some trouble with A/B testing and our support genius Max quickly helped us resolve the issue after getting access to our Shopify theme file. Kudos to the awesome support team at Shogun!

I use this app to create clean looking blog posts for my retail site. I will say the users ability to navigate the site is quite simple and Shogun has done a nice job offering many functions to truly make it customizable. The reason I have reduced my rating by one star is due to the inflexibility on the users end in choosing a package. The monthly fee does not reset your page count, meaning if you are using this app for the ability to create many pages for a site it will get costly. With that being said the Shogun support time was able to adjust my package slightly for my needs. I will continue using this app in hopes of the page limit aspect of pricing will be adjusted in the future for the users specific needs.

Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.

The page builder is very easy to use and the elements we needed to easily create pages well beyond what we could do within Shopify (without coding). When we had questions about how to accomplish something, the support team was both prompt and extremely helpful.

The absolute BEST thing about Shogun is their amazing support. Twice now, I have had real people help me diagnose and repair errors within an hour of contacting them through email. Although functionality can feel limited at times, it's got everything you need to build a beautiful and high converting landing page.
