I've not necessarily followed best practice in building out site so ran into a few issues but the support team were very helpful!

Love the app, love the support. Very happy to recommend. I needed help at 9am UK time, and i had an answer within 5minutes. Really helpful.

Besides Shogun being a great application for page building, their customer service is outstanding at explanations, as well as communicating. I would very much like to showcase Kalen Christ who without, I would not have been able to use Shogun as easily.

One of the most important things is shogun's customer service, they are always very attentive, patient, respectful and fast in solving any problem

App that makes building a nice webpage easy and if you just can't figure out why something is not going your way - Support answers fast, friendly and find a solution faster than you can get your next cup of coffee!

I was able to use the Shogun app to highlight something on our website. Without the app, I would not have been able to do this. I'm not even a Facebooker, and I found the app easy to use. I recommend!

Used to love this app so much and ive definitely learned a lot but overall it feels very clunky, the design side of things is restrictive at times and you often come across errors/bugs/glitches - the support team are super helpful and reply quickly but the app itself is not as seamless as it used to be/feel. I have 3 different stores using Shogun, all were built with Shogun originally but i've recently decided to come away from the app as a full time tool and use it now just for sections and the occasional landing page. I think the thing that pushed me over the edge to do this was the introduction of product templates but only to those on advanced plans. None of my stores need ad advanced plan, so this felt like a bit of a slap in the face to us who have been paying for years waiting for such feature to arrive, only for it to be locked behind an upgrade paywall. I did reach out to the support team about this but they didn't help this time. Hopefully you guys will listen to this feedback and improve an already-great app. Thanks!

Probably the quickest and best customer service I have recieved for an online service. Further, the follow up response was a sunday evening GMT, so I was genuinely amazed and very pleased. Its details like this that keep me using a service and will be developing further with Shogun. A great app.

I used this app to create a custom page on a Shopify template. My template had some limited functionality on the subpages so this was perfect to expand my resources for creating custom pages. In addition, the support team is very helpful, and responds quickly whenever I have an issue.

Shogun is easy to use...AND, when you need help they are there quickly (an actual person)! I received a response to my question in about 30 minutes. Sweetan Mankotia actually created a video using the page I had built to show me how to easily fix the issue. Thanks so much for your help! I highly recommend.

I love creating pages with this robust app. And when I accidentally deleted a page I needed after doing a bunch of work on it, support restored it for me!!
