We use Shogun to help supplement our marketing efforts by creating a fully dynamic holiday gift guide that allows customers to add items to their cart without ever leaving the guide.

Shogun is great! We use it for all our content pages (About Us, FAQ etc.) and landing pages, too. I particularly like the custom HTML content block and the ability to add custom CSS classes. These features let us really fine-tune the appearance of everything. Their support has been excellent: they fixed an issue for us within 24 hours of raising it with them.

I absolutely love and recommend this app highly! It is easy to use and allows you to build out pretty much any page you would like. I especially love the product box feature which allowed me to add a second product to a PDP without any custom coding. The other best part of Shogun is the support- Andre Smith is a rockstar who helped me around the clock (literally) to get my pages exactly how I wanted them. What are you waiting for? Shogun has been an instrumental tool in helping me build valuable pages at speed, giving me the time back to concentrate on other tasks I need to do. It's easy to use, flexible and the help and guidance from the support team has been fast and informative. I'd highly recommend Shogun.

I honestly don't understand why this app has such great reviews! My main issue for hating this app was when I was finally done creating my design and carefully laying it out - Looks good to preview - Then you go to publish and look at your live page and its a completely its different scale and looks like crap. I tried to make it work but its a guessing game what your page builder will look like from preview to publish. For $99 a month this should work better! Thanks for wasting my time. Please don't spend your money on this app people!

Nice app, but extreme expensive. We hav had Shogun for a long, very long time and was deciding to remove all the content from the platform. Customers should not be a milk cow at all. Sorry to be so clear, but we was a customer since almost the beginning.

I am sorry to hear that you feel that our prices are quite high - just a note, these prices have only increased slightly over the three years that you have been with Shogun - you were on one of our deprecated plans at $79/mo, we are happy to honour this price on our Measure plan which is currently $99/mo. I understand that you are unhappy regarding the inability for support to copy your pages - however, while we did deprecate our old, unreliable page copying service in favour of a much better self-serve system called Sync that's available on our Measure plan. Our support team do not have the ability to use the manual page copying feature anymore. Once your stores are on the correct plans, you will be able to sync content between the stores whenever you wish. Again I would like to thank you for the feedback that you have provided for us and look forward to helping resolve this negative experience with my colleague James. We do really appreciate your loyalty with Shogun and hope that we can resolve this in a manner that works for you. Thank you, Karl | Team Lead, Technical Support

The onboarding and "building" support have been wonderful! We are moving a large site packed with content over and needed something quick and easy to recreate and upgrade. So far Shogun has fit the bill. Any little quirky interferences we found with our theme were resolved quickly and easily. Thanks to Charles and team! Can't wait to get our new site live!

We have been using Shogun to create custom product pages, landing pages and really most of our store front page development. Very easy to use with powerful tools that anyone can use with or without coding knowledge.

Warning! If you use this app and want to pause it so you don't have to pay the fee while not using it they will not do that. You have to delete the app and then after a couple months all your saved info is deleted. This means when you reload it and try to use it most of the information on each page is gone and you have to rebuild the majority of each page. Buttons, links to other pages and everything!
Hey Paul, So sorry to hear that your pages were lost when uninstalling the app. In the past we kept all of your data on your account so that you can easily reinstall the app at anytime and manage your pages as if you never left. However, to be GDPR compliant, Shopify has instructed us to remove data from the users account. After 14 days, the data from the account is removed and will be lost. We send out an email to every user that uninstalls warning them of this change. We understand that this is frustrating and I have passed along your comments to my team. We are looking into different options that we can provide to make this process better for our users. We greatly appreciate your feedback. I’ve built three of my pages on my website with shogun. It was so easy to use but the best part was the service. I contacted the service team multiple times and every time, they responded with in a couple hours if not immediately and not only answered my questions but were often went directly into my page and fixed the issue I was having and showed me how to fix it myself for future issues. THis was so helpful and speeded up my website building process so much!
