Shogun is relatively easy to use and intuitive. They have a fair number of templates to choose from although I found it is straightforward to build pages from scratch as well. The support team is top notch and was able to fix my problems very quick, even on the weekend. The drawbacks are that it is too expensive in my opinion - it costs more than Shopify itself for far less functionality. Also, the mobile view in page editor does not match the actual mobile view.

Good for VERY basic web development. If you are looking to make an About Us page with some more customization than Shopify offers this app is great. If you are looking to use Shogun to work with product pages then expect extremely slow page load times, very slow editing speeds if you have a moderate amount of elements on one page, and many random errors that are just glitches from the system. The A/B testing feature would be great if it actually worked but it hasn't been useful at all in seeing which pages result in higher sales. This app is almost good but after spending 100+ hours working with it I am searching for a more robust solution as I'm sick of dealing with the shortcomings of Shogun.

I do want to start off by thanking you for your kind words about the app. I'm glad to hear that you found Shogun useful in that sense. Regarding your issues - in relation to the slow page load times, there are a lot of factors that go into this. Shogun is a small part of the overall loading of your page, this would include your theme components, other third-party apps and any custom code that you have. Similar to creating a page without Shogun, the more content you add to a page the longer the page will take to load - Justine has reached out with some tips and information. We take measures to improve page load speed, such as deferring scripts and lazy loading your images. Inside the editor, there may also be slowness if there are a large number of elements as the editor must keep track of all of these elements, as well as additional information regarding their state and changes. We are aware that we have room to improve there and hope to do so in the future. We would love to hear more about the errors that you are experiencing. Would you mind sharing more information on these? The team should be able to help resolve anything that you are experiencing with the app. Finally, regarding the issues that A/B testing is giving you - would you mind sending us over feedback about that too? Would love to see if we can resolve these issues for you and help you understand the data better. We really appreciate any feedback that you can give us regarding the issues that you are having so that we can help you, and we can pass on feedback to the appropriate teams for future improvement. Customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful. I contacted support with an issue and they resolved it within the space of 9 hours. This might be first for me! While a bit finicky sometimes, the app does everything I would expect it to do.

Can not recommend this app more. Makes building the pages I want so easy without any complicated coding. Being a small business and having to do a lot myself usually means a lot of wasted time trying to figure things out but I love the ease of this app and the support is super fast too. Had some issue about the App, but the customer service helped me to solve in patience. I will use this app all the time.

The issue that you are having is due to there being 6 users on your account being added to Shogun, but you are currently on a plan that allows just 2 users. Great interaction with the their support with some questions, they reached out to me directly. Shogun is a powerful yet simple to use page builder... I was surprised at the level of detail to get page elements exactly where you want them... and renders perfectly on desktop and mobile.

Took a little bit of effort to get things how I wanted them after coming across an issue with the way our theme was behaving with the app. Shogun's support were very helpful though and resolved the issue quickly. Would happily recommend.

I just started using this App, and I can't say enough about the immediate support I received when I ran into a glitch I wanted to fix. I received an answer and how to fix it within a couple of hours. But the incredible part was, they gave me a video showing me what to paste where, made from my own site, so I could clearly see and very easily fix the issue. What a game changer! 10 STARS!!!!!!!!! This app is great to use as our Landing Page with our Google Ads. Its more affordable than Unbounce. I do wish they had the ability to have a drop down form where each form option could lead a vistor to a different URL on our site. Hopefully that feature will be added in the future. For now, I will just create a separate landing page for each campaign that we are targeting.

Overall, Shogun has made it significantly easier to build nice landing pages for our company's website. On top of that, whenever I've had a question, they've been quick to respond, and their answers have been very helpful in solving the problem (shoutout to Justine for her help!).

Very good customer service from Sweetan Mankotia. He took through the whole process of fixing our issue and helped us at every step. He sent us tutorials that he took on our website and followed up and made sure that everything was working properly.
