Had some issue about the App, but the customer service helped me to solve in patience. I will use this app all the time.

I can see that our customer service team reached out about two hours after your initial contact to get this resolved for you. The issue that you are having is due to there being 6 users on your account being added to Shogun, but you are currently on a plan that allows just 2 users. Great interaction with the their support with some questions, they reached out to me directly. Shogun is a powerful yet simple to use page builder... I was surprised at the level of detail to get page elements exactly where you want them... and renders perfectly on desktop and mobile.

Took a little bit of effort to get things how I wanted them after coming across an issue with the way our theme was behaving with the app. Shogun's support were very helpful though and resolved the issue quickly. Would happily recommend.

I just started using this App, and I can't say enough about the immediate support I received when I ran into a glitch I wanted to fix. I received an answer and how to fix it within a couple of hours. But the incredible part was, they gave me a video showing me what to paste where, made from my own site, so I could clearly see and very easily fix the issue. What a game changer! 10 STARS!!!!!!!!! Well deserved, and thank you so much!!

This app is great to use as our Landing Page with our Google Ads. Its more affordable than Unbounce. I do wish they had the ability to have a drop down form where each form option could lead a vistor to a different URL on our site. Hopefully that feature will be added in the future. For now, I will just create a separate landing page for each campaign that we are targeting.

Overall, Shogun has made it significantly easier to build nice landing pages for our company's website. On top of that, whenever I've had a question, they've been quick to respond, and their answers have been very helpful in solving the problem (shoutout to Justine for her help!).

I'm 7 days into the 10 day trial, and will definitely continue. The app itself is great, there's some getting used to the logic of how things are structured, and I kind of dip in and out of it as time allows, so my attention span is short. But, the reason for the review is the awesome support. There's nothing worse than carving out an hour to focus on something, and you then hit a barrier and have to way days for support. These guys are great, they know the product inside and out, and respond really quickly, no matter what time it is. Props to Charles and Andre for helping me to get going!

Super app and the support is amazing!!! Easy tool to create fantastic pages. when ever i need help the support team is very helpful and explain things with a recording video. I can definitely recommend this!
