I'm 7 days into the 10 day trial, and will definitely continue. The app itself is great, there's some getting used to the logic of how things are structured, and I kind of dip in and out of it as time allows, so my attention span is short. But, the reason for the review is the awesome support. There's nothing worse than carving out an hour to focus on something, and you then hit a barrier and have to way days for support. These guys are great, they know the product inside and out, and respond really quickly, no matter what time it is. Props to Charles and Andre for helping me to get going!

Super app and the support is amazing!!! Easy tool to create fantastic pages. when ever i need help the support team is very helpful and explain things with a recording video. I can definitely recommend this!

This is a great page builder. But that's not the best part. The chat support is probably the best customer service experience I've had when using an app. They are there doing their best to help you out when you get stuck building your page. 100% recommend Shogun.

Thanks to the prompt and comprehensive, not to mention, super friendly Shogun support team, I fixed an issue with our blog margins that has never happened before. Sweetan even provided a short vid on how I could do it myself, and made it look so easy. Much appreciated!

Shogun gives you incredible freedom, I don't know how any fast paced shopify store can run without Shogun! Great support. My favorite app.

Great UI to help design custom pages that goes further than the stock Shopify experience. Allows you to create custom HTML elements as well.

Absolutely love Shogun. First of all their software for making a beautiful website is amazing. I received so many compliments on my website and everyone asked me who made my website because it looks so good (I never made a website before in my life)! Second of all their customer support is amazing. They always respond so extremely fast if I mail them with a question, and they always provide me with the best solutions and guidance. They never leave me hanging. I'm a fan!

I am a developer who used shogun for a client's custom store. The biggest thing to remember is you have to use the header/footer and product box with the theme if you want to integrate with other shopify apps.

Product apps such as product options or wholesale apps will generally require an existing layout for the product page within Shogun as those apps are designed for the product page on Shopify, rather than the custom layouts that we provide. I want to add our blogs to different pages. Why is that so difficult? This allows you to arrange different page elements but not truly build a page "without limits" as advertised. They have reached out to me about a possible work around so I have updated my review. Not sure if it will work for us but I really appreciate them contacting us.
