Love this app! Has all the functionality we need for Shopify– and for features it lacks there's always a workaround. Their customer service is above and beyond. We switched over from another app for this reason. Their support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and always there when you need them.

Updated: The Shogun team has been helpful in making this experience better by being very attentive and thorough. I still think that there should be an affordable version for small businesses. Please let me know when you improve your forms. Thanks PREVIOUS REVIEW This app works fine but it is NOT AFFORDABLE to keep on your page so you might as well not use it unless you are never going to make edits again! The forms in the app are HORRIBLE and they stop working after you uninstall the app so its a waste of time to use them in the first place. You should make an affordable option for individuals!

Best app ever ! Would definetly recommend using shogun, worth the 40$/month ! Don't need to pay for basic theme if you can create your own website, very easily !

Has lots of customisation options that are lacking with Shopify's editing tools, which was the main reason I got the app to start with. Customer support are always great and get back to you pretty fast. I send them lots of questions and then always answer in a timely matter.

The Shogun app is so easy to use. But I did run into a problem with an image that wouldn't download. I contacted Shogun Support - they did it for me and even sent me a link with instructions with all the steps to do myself. Great customer service!

Been using Shogun for a year now and it has proven to be a very helpful tool for our store. On the odd occasion I have had an issue with something their support has been extremely responsive and had a solution available. Typically I hear back from them in a matter of hours regardless of the time of day I reach out. These guys have it together!

I used this app originally to build a landing page for my website and once I got used to it after playing around for a while and watching the demos I found it really easy to use and really versatile, allowing me to build a highly professional landing page that I'm really happy with. Now I'm continuing to use it to improve the quality of the standard pages on my Shopify website as the standard functionality is so limited. It's perfect for this as it just imports your existing pages and lets you edit them then republish them with a click. I just now had an issue with a video not playing and Charles from customer service fixed it within minutes of my help request. He explained exactly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. Highly recommend!!
