The app works really well and the layouts provide for a wide range of styles and designs. The accordion functions are great for building FAQ pages and the like. With Shopify page designs quite limited, this allows for a far more professional look in a really easy to use platform. Support is very responsive and when I have some issues they were in contact very quickly to explain it, and help resolve it. As a small business in a very difficult climate, the assistance and support from businesses such as these is very much appreciated.

The customer support team is very helpful & readily available via chat. The app is user friendly & the data analytics across all devices are super helpful. I also love that you can edit templates across all devices.

Shogun makes sprucing up your default Shopify pages really easy. If you don't know how to code AT ALL, you can still execute significant improvements to your existing pages using their editing interface. If you know how to write a little custom CSS/HTML, then you can probably fill in the gaps for any customization options that Shogun doesn't provide out of the box. Overall it's a really helpful tool and their customer service has been truly awesome. It's a cheap way to provide a serious visual boost to your site. Certainly worth a trial if you're in the market for that sort of thing.

Really easy to use and absolutely amazing customer support on live chat. I'd really recommend this to anyone who would like to improve the look of their Shopify pages and make them way better at converting. UPDATE - 16th April 2021. Still using Shogun a year later and don't have a bad word to say about the product. There is definitely always something new to learn but the customer support is just second to none, really helpful, quick, friendly - I've dealt with Rhys on a few occasions recently and he's been great. Highly recommend.

I have only experienced minor bugs in the 9 months we've been using Shogun and support has been quick to resolve the issue every time. Today, Andre helped me with a page building issue (caused by me) and showed me the correct way to build product pages so they are not 'nested'. His explanation was accompanied by a super helpful video of the back end of my website. A+ support - thank you so much!
