I don't have very advanced subscription needs, just the absolute basics, and this is working perfectly for that. The ability for me to change and edit most parameters of the subscription for customers has been a major plus. And it's free??? Can't go wrong there!

Very hard to get raw data to see what subscriptions are coming up. Not very user friendly on our end, not fantastic on the users end either

There is something wrong with the way it installed. The app shows the "deliver every month" part on the bottom of every product page in addition to the correct position.

There desperately needs to be a search function to quickly locate a subscription contract without first having to navigate to the customer profile. We have around 7k contracts with zero functionality besides Import/Export. There are options to see all, active, paused, and canceled contracts as a complete list, but no way to search for "Jane Doe" in any of the lists to populate all contracts for the person.

It's frustrating that Shopify Subscriptions doesn't offer better in-app analytics. Key use cases that are missing for us include by-store (physical retail) subscription pickup reporting. Each store struggles to review how by-store subscription pickups will happen in any given period. Additionally, there is little in the way of notification functionality to let us know when a new customers subscribes or cancels. We have to monitor this ourselves. Frankly, I believe this app could be so much more functional if Shopify would invest more in it's own app ecosystem instead of allowing third parties to milk Shopify Pro customers like us for every dollar just to implement a reasonable Wine Club (our store's use case).
