When I have different variants on the subscription, it doesn't show the right sku on the order- which SUCKS. So I don't know what the customer actually wanted.
There is not enough data for me to troubleshoot when customers subscriptions need to be managed and now TWICE I have had a customer's subscription skip when they did not want it to. Not card processing issues. The only thing that happened is both customers had skipped the previous month. No help from support.
5 star app Great app - works smoothly with no issues. I combined it with the Subscriptions Styles app for a nicer look, and together they’re perfect.
UI is terrible. Should work with bundles, but it doesn't, which creates huge issues in tracking my inventory, because i have to use workarounds like creating an item that is a multipack, but then the inventory tracking is way off. boooooo. otherwise, barebones just fine.
Needs improvment on customer subscription management side. Broken links and poor flexibilty in subscriptions.
Doesn't link properly with my inventory. I missed 3 months of subscriptions and had multiple customers cancel their subscriptions. I was on with customer service dozens of times but no one could identify the issue. I do not recommend this service.
for some reason no one can ever edit their own subscription
It would be nice if Shopify Subscriptions app worked with the Shopify Bundles app
使いにくい部分が多々あります。 送料や商品の価格変更があった際に、サブスクリプションの価格変更をしてほしい。 私は最低限のことができるので、こちらのソフトでも問題ないないのだけど、こちらからデータ変更ができないのが非常にもったいない。
