I’ve been using this app connected between my Shopify store and my Etsy store for over 2 years now. I have to say it has saved me many headaches and so much time from having to manually alter my stock levels between my two stores. I found it particularly helpful too when I was travelling that it quietly does it’s thing in the background without me having to worry if I am selling goods that may have sold out in one store and selling in the other store out of stock items. Customer service has always been very prompt and helpful in the few times I’ve required help, but luckily most of the time it just works efficiently as described. Thanks heaps Nimo for all your help. I highly recommend this app.

If you have a Etsy store and a Shopify store. You are crazy or worst for not getting this app :) Don't know where we would be if I hadn't used it. Service and quality amazing as well.

This is a really great app for transferring products from Shopify to Etsy and has been invaluable for my business in saving so much time. The automations that you can choose in settings goes a long way to save a lot of time with cool features like adding certain tags to every listing, adding things to the descriptions, the titles etc, and it saves a lot of faff over in Etsy to have to write that for every listing. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to get their products uploaded onto Etsy from their Shopify store.

Love this app! I have tried a handful of other apps to help with syncing my Shopify and Etsy and shuttle has been my favorite. Shuttle has saved me so much time between auto syncing my stock and order transferring. Setting everything up can be a little confusing but once you do it you’re good to go.

Shuttle is a crucial part of keeping my business operating smoothly. I sell across two platforms and it does wonders syncing product update and sales. I also use it is low-stock feature extensively and the syncing of orders between platforms so i an fill orders in one place. Not to mention that support is top-notch. Always personable and helpful. Can't recommend enough!

It works well, doesn't have problems, has tons of options, is easy to set up, saves me a TON of time, and makes it possible so I can have both an Etsy shop and a Shopify website. Highly recommend!

A really great App, with even better support. Helps us a lot to sync our Etsy shop with our Shopify shop. It has become a lot new features and Nimo was always helpful and found a quick solution for us.

I recently reached out to customer support regarding an issue with image compatibility, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The support representative not only clearly explained what caused the issue, but took immediate action and resolved it straight away! What really stood out was their awareness and proactive approach in keeping the app up to date with modern standards (full support for WEBP image files) It shows that they are not just fixing problems, but continuously improving and evolving the app in line with current technology. Shuttle is the best app for integration between Etsy and Shopify. The support team is wonderful and very prompt in answering any questions you have. I would highly recommend this app if you need to streamline your workflow!

This is by far the best app for Shopify if you want to sync your store with Etsy. I’ve researched and tested almost all the available options, and none of them are as complete as Shuttle. It offers every feature and setting you need to fully synchronize your Shopify store with Etsy. Beyond its powerful functionality, the customer support—especially from Nimo—is outstanding. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the setup process, making the syncing experience smooth and problem-free. If you’re currently using another app, be assured—it’s not as complete or reliable as Shuttle.

Only imports 50 random items. And in my Etsy store, Shuttle added random Inventory numbers that now displays in my listing headings after the import from Etsy to my Shopify store - I had to correct each Etsy listing. I also deleted the 50 products Shuttle imported and used a CSV to import and then edit each product. This takes longer but then your products are entered correctly.

We have a fabric and notions business on Etsy and have been working on building up our website through Shopify. The complexity of inventory management for fabric-by-the-yardage required a lot of problem solving and constant adaptations both from business and operational aspects. Shuttle was a key addition to solving our syncing issue for variants that carry the same SKU. It also helps separate our unique offerings from the two selling platforms. It has been a huge learning curve and some bumps on the road but the support staff has been a godsend - shoutout to Nimo!

Shuttle has allowed us to easily populate our Shopify store with the products we have in Etsy. It also syncs our inventory which is so key and we can do things like add new products from Etsy to Shopify and update product prices, descriptions, titles and more as needed very easily. Without this we couldn't have so many products available in our shop due to the time required for maintenance. Nimo is so helpful and we appreciate that there are new updates regularly with extras that add even more value. Thank you!
