Amazing! So much better functionality and easier to use than other apps I have tried. Highlights are; ease of use, setting up listing rules, awesome automations (e.g. 3 options to 2, to accommodate Etsy), pricing rules, handles variations with ease...and much more! Shuttle have set up the introduction so easily I didn't even need any help setting up and getting listings to Etsy sorted :)

I’ve been using Shuttle to transfer and update products between my Etsy and Shopify shops, as well as importing reviews and syncing orders. It’s been amazing and has saved me tons of time! I’ve tried several similar apps, but Shuttle is by far the best. The support team has also been super helpful and quick to respond whenever I had questions. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with Shopify descriptions not updating on Etsy, and while it took a bit of time to get a resolution, the team were super quick with replies and really helpful throughout. We tried a few different solutions, and they stuck with it until we got it working. Great service and support—highly recommend!

Great app!! Been using it since I started over a year ago and it's made it so stress and hands-free being able to manage my stock between Shopify and Etsy. Being able to alter stock on both places using this app makes things incredibly easy and streamlined too, highly recommend!

I recently switched from Billbee to Shuttle, and it has been a game-changer for my business! Billbee was far too complicated and often felt overwhelming. Shuttle, on the other hand, is incredibly easy to use. Even when something doesn’t work right away, their customer care team is outstanding—fast, clear, and super helpful. Plus, they’re friendly, which makes the experience even better. If you’re looking for a seamless, user-friendly platform with excellent support, Shuttle is the way to go!

Genuinely don't know where I'd be without this app! I was fixing stock between my two stores manually and it was such a pain! Then I found this app! But it works so much better than expected. Never had it mess up once. I can even adjust the stock on my Shopify and it will automatically update it on my Etsy without me having to do it. The one time I had a question they answered me quickly and professionally. Very happy with Shuttle!

I'm giving this app 2 stars. The customer service is practically non-existent—I've been reaching out for 6 days and still haven’t received a reply. Additionally, when importing products from Etsy, the app often fails to import them correctly, creating a separate listing instead. It also doesn’t import the cost per item, which is causing major issues for me. I’m now showing over 10k in sales but with no margin, which is making tax calculations a nightmare. I’m going to uninstall this app.

Could you please confirm if your Shopify email is correct? Regarding the cost per item, unfortunately, since Etsy does not provide this information, Shuttle cannot transfer it to Shopify. We are unable to determine the cost per item. As for creating separate listings, this is usually resolved by a simple adjustment in the duplicate detection setting. When it works well, it's great. The stock syncing and kit bundling used to work well but now it will randomly mess with my stock amounts, which is costing me sales. For instance I had 50 of one item in stock and it randomly changed it to 0 and I didn't realize for days. I've turned off automatic syncing and just do it manually for now. For something so expensive it shouldn't be causing more problems than it solves.

used free trial to import my Etsy reviews. 1. trial only allows 50. fine whatever. 2. It imports bogus names that don't match the actual reviews! so now i have to sit and get the correct names from orders. pointless!!

As someone with a rapidly-growing Etsy shop, the thought of building and syncing it with a new Shopify site was seemed like a massive technical challenge. That’s where Shuttle came in, and honestly, they’ve been a lifesaver. The migration and syncing, which I thought would be super technical and tricky, have been smooth sailing with Shuttle. Actually more than smooth – they have opened up new growth opportunities that i wasn't even aware of. During this process I evaluated each and every solution on the market along and nothing came close to what Shuttle has to offer. Every little hiccup or scenario I thought would be an issue, they’ve had a solution ready. And it’s all been way easier than I expected. I'd been looking for a solution to move our current website to Shopify but was concerned about the amount of work that would be needed to export all our listings and migrate from Etsy into Shopify. I found Shuttle as it was recommended on Etsy community groups, from people who had used and tried other migration apps as being the best. They weren't wrong. I've been so impressed not only with the app itself but also the super helpful, quick responsive customer support given. Nimo has really helped me feel confident in my move to Shopify as the app basically eliminated any concerns I had. It's easy to use and imports over all the information you would need with a click of a button. If you're unsure of anything, customer support its right there to help! 5* from me for product and service!

This app does exactly what I need (and when I asked about extra features, they were very quickly added!). I use it to transfer products from Etsy to Shopify as a one-time transfer. There are so many features to automatically adjust the listing before publishing it, it was as though the developer was reading my mind. There is also an automatic transfer you can enable which makes it even more convenient. No longer do I have to dread recreating all my listings on Shopify! I only use a fraction of the app's capabilities, but I imagine the other features are equally well though-out and user-focussed. Well worth the subscription price for the time and effort it will save me!

It worked perfectly fine to export all of my shopify listings to etsy. But when I did transfer them, it messed up every dimension on my Etsy and caused an error to pop up any time i tried to fix it. Im still left with no listings and I have to go through and upload them all manually still or find another app to use. Had such high hopes and then it really let me down.

In Shuttle's product transfer settings, you can set the default units for your product dimensions. Once you select the dimensions that align with your shop, you can use Shuttle to update all your products in bulk, ensuring they have the correct dimensions.
