If you are looking for this function, this app is what you want. Moreover, Milan is very responsive and willing to troubleshoot, do something custom or to just understand the app better. From an app creator, that's what you are looking for.

We love this app! We have 2 stores and use it on both of them. We have a general FAQ page and product specific Q&A's both of which come from this app. It has helped with our SEO and service. I contacted them regarding a small request I had with the display of the questions and they accommodated me and resolved the issue, no questions asked. Great service and great app! I recommend it!

I love this app! It allows customers to ask real-time questions right on the product page while allowing me to post the question directly on the product page for new customers to see. Google is starting to pick up on these questions and ranking them in the top of search when someone is searching for that question. Really great app for advanced SEO!

Easy to set up and use. Support is responsive. Having this app adds information to my product pages that I don't include in the description. Good for SEO.

Great customer service! Hopefully they can create a fix for questions submitted by bots, if they did, that would be amazing. In the meantime if you have bots spam you with questions, contact customer service and they will delete those for you.

The entire Simprosys team is awesome and extremely helpful. We are using the feed for google and just yesterday decided to add the product Questions & Answer app. The add was easy to install but I did want to make it seem built in so I reached to support and Milan who is great and provides the best customer service was able to help me out and take care of this. Make it easy on yourself and just click add for simprosys you wont be sorry and it will make your life easy!

We've used this app for a couple years and its been very helpful in giving our customers a place where they can ask questions and we can easily post the answers to the product pages. This has lowered our Customer Service workload over time. We appreciated that the app's support team helped us export the Q&A data - which has helped us do some deeper analysis.
