We appreciate their great customer service. We had an issue with an order that was edited by the app due to a shopify API that was triggered when the cutomer paid via Paypal, and even though it was very hard for us to understand the issue and resolve it, they were so prompt to help us and do the necessary to resolve the issue within 24h. So we highly recommend this app :)

We spent a long time looking for the right bundling solution for Shopify and are happy to have finally found it in Simple Bundles. Our needs in the bundling space were fairly straightforward and Simple Bundles checks all of our boxes: doesn't disrupt our PDP experience, works very well in our smart cart and Shopify Integrated Checkout, and breaks out perfectly into individual items in the Shopify order for our fulfillment team. In the future, we're hoping for more in the way of in-app analytics to measure our bundles performance.

I used to use the old version, I don't know what they've done but I absolutely hate this app now, wasting a lot of time and getting nowhere.
Hi team, we reached out to you a few times after you left your review but didn't receive a response. Please let us know if we can still help out! Our 1.0 and 2.0 versions are both available to use and there shouldn't be any major changes to how they work.

I tried so many apps to create the bundles for my website, and this one made everything so simple! The customization is great - adapts very easily to any store visuals (and the team is very helpful in making it look as good as possible). I had a couple of issues with setting up my bundles (I was making a mistake on my end), and the support team was very patient with me. Recommend 100%!

I am old and not that good with cresting internet product bundles. The staff here have always helped me work though any issues. I wish there wer more videos at the start.

Customer support is great. The set up of the bundles is not very easy but with the tutorials and customer support it can be fixed. Be prepared to pay a monthly membership fee as only few bundles can use the free plan. I’m happy with the features and it does the job for me.
