This is a great bundle app. App support and dev team worked hard on getting v2.0 out which was necessary for us to be able to use it. They also have been listening to our requests and working to build them into the app.

Very intuitive to put together a product bundle, and their team very quickly resolved a particular issue my brand's font had with cutting off in the bundle drop-down pickers. Very promising customer service early on in using this app. Thank you!

Easy to use product. I was able to create my first bundle easily in minutes. Integrates very nicely into Shopify. Really good customer support too.

Fantastic app for making bundling really easy and as customizable as could ever be needed. Now updating inventory for a bundle is so much easier because the app pulls from the component inventory instead of us needing to manually allocate stock to each bundle. This will save endless hours of manual work every quarter! Their support and development team is also very responsive and helpful! Big shout out to Orlando for helping us get all the functionality we needed for a great customer experience.

Seems like a decent app unless you need it for Shopify POS. Tech support is reasonably responsive but don't seem to know that the POS integration is a paid feature. I had to wait 9 days to find out from a developer that this was the case. For the online channel the app is ok, builder seems a little simple and could offer more, but this is totally fine for the free tier. Feedback to the developer would be; please educate the support staff on the product, Shopify POS integration seems like it should work but doesn't, the POS app should probably not be available for the free tier if it doesn't work. Overall it's a reasonably good app, hence the three stars.

This is the best bundle app! Super easy to use and I’m so happy to find one that works with the Shopify POS system in my physical store. The customer service team is also very friendly, prompt and helpful. Even when my issue wasn’t within the purview of the app, they sent me different information to try to help!

Gamechanger!!! Love the functionality and the support. A huge upgrade over Shopify native bundles. Allows us to build bundles exactly how we want and has led to a big increase in AOV.

I've had this app for a few years now and am still loving it. I use it for many different product variant options - and any time I'm creating something new, support is super easy to work with.

Overall great experience. Customer support is knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems you may have. One thing to note is that Simple Bundles does not seem to work with a drawer-style cart (at least in my case). It needs a POST request and does not use AJAX through JavaScript to add the items to the cart. Therefore the page needs to reload and show the cart page for the app to work properly. After setting my cart to a page instead of a drawer it worked great.
