I posted a review like this once before, but I deleted it to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, after a year of use, this app is a JOKE! It looks like it 's being tested in production. - First of all, the price. I have the SILVER plan. In theory, it's $49/month, but in practice, with 150 to 200 memberships, the bills fluctuate around $250-350 per month. - Live streaming is an absolute joke, you have to use a third-party app, and 7/10 times the live stream will disconnect. - Adding videos and organizing them into collections. Here, you only have hashtags at your disposal, which you have to add manually under each video. If you want to create, for example, a training week, it requires combining tags in a dozen or so files. - Translation: some things are translated automatically, some are not. There is no way to change this. - Subscription price for the users. This is the biggest downside of this platform; once the price is set, it cannot be changed. You can only use discount codes, but they only work for NEW users. There is no way to compensate old users. I am glad that I will soon be migrating to another platform, because apart from the high cost of service, this one also costs a lot of nerves.

Great idea but there are so many bugs which makes this app really hard to use. For example, when you make a post about a video chosen from your library, the correct video plays on the "video tab" but on the "post tab" it plays a totally different video. There are many more small bugs which makes it hard to use.

The back-and-forth customer service was sooooo on point and so unexpectedly swift. I needed a LOT of support to get a new digital album set up and I don't think I ever had to wait more than 20 min. between emails for the next step in the process. Single Music? Yes, please.

In theory, it would be great, but I have not yet had it work. Orders are not syncing, and the link to downloads has not been sent.

The Single App was everything we needed to launch our live stream experience. Elijah and Tommy were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process, answering all questions and needs as they arose. The integration with Shopify made the setup/backend simple with no red tape or underlying costs, while allowing us to utilize our current e-commerce platform to sell tickets for our artist's stream. We are already planning our next stream, with our 'Go To', Single!

I am thrilled with the Single app, especially the customer support, which is important. The app is excellent, but as with every solution, some small things could be improved. But the Single-team are fast to reply. Not only fast, they fix things and help you out when it is needed. They listen to suggestions and actually do something about it. The Single app has been working very well for me since the release of my video rental platform. I recommend them highly!

I Love Single.... Joe Pillatsch is the best. He assisted me with getting my music placed in my store... I wish I could send him a bonus. The support and patience is outstanding when you are working with clients that do not know their way around technical issues... I cannot thank you enough Joe.... Single app has been a great partner for Cactus Jack / Travis Scott for many years. Their seamless Shopify integration works great, and custom admin interface is super intuitive. We really value their ability to navigate the music reporting landscape, and their team is always available to help. Highly recommend for any musician or creator.

This app is wonderful. It helped us scale our memberships and easily coordinate them with both our digital and physical products. And customer service was extraordinarily attentive (even on weekends). Highly recommend this app.

Single App is easy to use and provides timely reporting to both the user (us) and reporting agencies. More importantly, their customer service is always very responsive and helpful!

This app is very tricky. Its not really $25 a month for bronze. If you drop one 10 track album its going to be more like 33.30 a month. And if you drop lots of music like me that gets problematic fast. And when I contacted shopify for help the reps I got didnt care at all. Insisted I didn't read or it was my fault somehow. Nah I read it carefully. Thats why I only release ONE 10-track album through this to test it out. I feel ripped off. Completely. And tbh i never leave bad reviews. This actually sucks.

We charge $24 for a monthly Bronze subscription, which lets you release up to 10 digital albums for which you can sell and add bonus content, and we handle file storage, file delivery, and chart reporting of all sales. Additionally, on our Bronze plan, you can host video, do Live Streams, release NFTs, and launch a Membership program. We also have a free plan, which lets you do most of the same things, just in lower quantities. You’re correct that there are also additional charges. In order to continue supporting all of these features, we also charge a 15% transaction fee on sales of digital products created with our app. Those fees are noted on our pricing page, but we understand you might have missed them given all of the information listed there. This app's support team is killer! They are quick and super knowledgeable. Not to mention, their Help Center database is fantastic. It's thorough, but still easy to navigate and read through. This app can do way more than you think it can! It has been an integral piece in countless projects for our clients. It's our go-to for SoundScan reporting of course, but we've also had great success using their digital delivery and livestream features.

Single has been able to help us grow the company in the original vision in which it was created. We are developing music as well as film production, and the ability to host, maximize, and control all our content through the Single application has been an incredible benefit to our company and the music studio. Being able to utilize the NFTs and tokengate features has sent our creativity through the roof with anticipation of future projects to come and how we can connect and create a unique experience for every project.
