Easy on-boarding and excellent user support! I had an issue with inventory syncing and it was fixed within a few minutes via the live chat function. Great for making sure that your products meet tiktok requirements before posting so you don't have any tiktok shop violations!

I really want to be able to love this app, I like the interface and the reports. But I have to give one star because the connection between POS and E-Commerce is way too buggy and unreliable, to the point of being fraudulent. I invested in this product to sync my inventories between Square and Shopify. It works well with the Shopify side, but the Square side is highly defective. Instead of overwriting inventory, 75% of the time it either adds to the current quantity (therefore inflating the inventory) or just does not transmit any info at all. This would then overwrite my Shopify inventory with the wrong information. I've been spending 1-2 hours a week fixing the mistakes SKUIQ was causing. I spent almost a month trying to get assistance from SKUIQ but they only have a live chat that can fix small issues and if you want to escalate to a ticket expect a week for a response minimum. They cannot solve the issue but refuse to refund me for the annual subscription paid despite the fact the product does not do the service advertised. Stop claiming to work with Square POS. Your software does not interface properly with its API.

The syncing rate mismatch between platforms occasionally leads to overrides and quantity discrepancies when there are many updates queuing simultaneously. I am currently using the app to sync products from Shopify to TikTok Shop and track inventory. It has been working great for the past 3 months we have used it.

Once I got the program figured our a little, it became fairly easy. The "easy set up" thing was clunky and didnt work for me though.

I paid close to $900, issues since the get go. Items not syncing, fulfillment orders not showing on orders. Multiple emails and no responses until multiple attempts. I requested they close my account entirely in less than a month after I paid and never received any form of reimbursement back.
We apologize for the challenges with SKU IQ and appreciate your patience. We've opened a case on your behalf to validate the cancellation date for the refund process. The reason a refund wasn't issued earlier is that no request was made. Refunds are not automatic, and our staff needs a formal request before a refund ticket is generated. Our policy does allow for a money back period, and so long as the cancellation was requested during that time, the refund should be approved. We are sorry to hear you encountered syncing issues during your time using SKU IQ and hope our team was able to address your concerns promptly. The customer support team is fantastic and has helped answer all of my questions which were instrumental in setting up my online boutique. They personally held two different zoom meetings with me as well as have been very responsive on their chat feature for quick issue resolution.

HORRRRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!!!!! I recently opened up a new store and integrated SKUIQ to sync my Shopify and Square register, but in being so swamped I was not able to give it a go right away. Now 2 months later - I PAID FOR A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION, I am being told their "terms" are only 30 days and no refunds....ummmm excuse me? How can you not refund someone that just paid $600 CAN for the year and could not even use it. Brutal customer service, my inventory does not sync... Another thing that it says in their terms is that just by using a credit card to pay you agree to them....again ummmmm?? Pretty fraudulent to me, I have put in a claim with my bank, but who knows

I've tried several different apps to sync my Square POS to my Shopify store but this was the only one that has been successful. It's been a seamless integration and I recommend anyone trying to manage and sync inventories between platforms to stop looking elsewhere and try this one definitely. A customer service rep was available immediately and solved a sync problem I had with one of my Shopify store locations. Thank you Skuiq!

I installed this a while back when Tik Tok Shop was new. I've sent over 10 emails to get support because this app messed up my Tik Tok shop and I am no longer able to edit nor add new products. I am writing this review and hope they will see this to reach out. I am beyond frustrated that they don't respond to any support emails. If you don't your shop to be messed up I would not install this app.

We started with SKU IQ since they were the only game in town at the time for TTS. From the first interaction, we couldn't wait to switch off of SKU IQ. Initially we had questions about billing -- customer service talked down to us as if their extremely confusing pricing/billing page was our fault. They make it difficult to cancel. It's a multi-day process, so make sure you're trying to cancel well before your renewal date, otherwise they will refer to their terms of being non-refundable, rather than doing the right thing. PS -- The reviews here are incentivized (they offer $25 in exchange for a review), which I'm pretty sure is against Shopify TOS. I'm assuming that's where a lot of 5 stars are coming from.

This sounded so promising, but ended up costing me a ton of my own time, and a lot of subscription fees as I pointlessly tried to get it to work. I was very interested in getting this to work with my POS (Square) and my Shopify online store. I'd provide support with my requested info, jump through all their hoops getting everything configured, enter a newly-taken inventory, and they have the app scramble my inventory in very weird ways (adding huge amounts to some items, taking away amounts from others). I guess I'm an idiot for letting them string me along to the tune of months of subscription payments for an app that not only didn't work, but was worse than no app at all! I've requested a refund, but I doubt I'll have any more success with that than with any of my other support requests. Give it a try, if you must - it's an attractive idea, after all. But don't let them string you along like I did. They don't seem to be capable of saying "sorry, we can't get it to work, and never will." Update: I was very impressed with their response to my feedback. They sent me a note apologizing, and also gave a full refund - definitely exceeding my expectations. I will add that they were always responsive to my requests for help, but we seemed to get into an endless loop of never finding a solution, and I just didn't have time for that. If you can get their app to work for you, I envy you. I definitely wanted that functionality. They showed integrity with their refund, and their commitment to learning from this frustrating experience, so I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.

This is by far the worst app, I cant get anyone to return my calls or emails. my sales arent going to my shop i have reached out several times and no help but rest assure when i downloaded the app they called and was more than happy to help but issues arise and all of a sudden nothing

SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls. I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior!

I'm using SKU IQ for integration between shopify and tiktok shop, it does a good job of connecting my products, and keeping all fulfillment in one location. this is still a beta program and although it is good and fixes are being made as fast as possible, there is lag time between sales data on the 2 channels, the inventory can take a long time to update. I believe SKU IQ will fix this issue and I will continue to use the platform at this time, .

It took me a minute to get my SKUS connected/synced but once they were the app was so easy to use. It is definitely a time saver and updates my Shopify store in real time which is appreciated!
