I'm using SKU IQ for integration between shopify and tiktok shop, it does a good job of connecting my products, and keeping all fulfillment in one location. this is still a beta program and although it is good and fixes are being made as fast as possible, there is lag time between sales data on the 2 channels, the inventory can take a long time to update. I believe SKU IQ will fix this issue and I will continue to use the platform at this time, .

It took me a minute to get my SKUS connected/synced but once they were the app was so easy to use. It is definitely a time saver and updates my Shopify store in real time which is appreciated!

At first, I was very confused about how to link my TikTok to my Shopify shop, however, SKU took their time to teach me 1 on 1 in a call how to do everything to perfection. Although the price may seem like a bit for most people, I can surely say it's worth it and they even give you a free trial before you make any purchase I would definitely recommend it

the app and SKU's website crashed 20 minutes after paying for a yearly subscription. The site hasn't worked all weekend and there's no way to contact any support as their site is down, all is says it "check the logs"

Unable to sync tracking back to TikTok Shop from Shopify after fulfilling orders. I've chatted and emailed back and forth with the support team for over a month with no solution. I feel like if I'm not the one emailing/asking for answers, I get nowhere. Could be a great product but support is lacking.

I've used a few 3rd party apps to connect Shopify to X marketplace, and SkuCommerce was super easy! The trickier part is on the tiktok seller side - there are bugs with updating ingredients and whatnot. SkuCommerce side was clean and simple though, and their support team was all over any questions. Give them a shot!

I'm very happy with this app, and the customer service. The app was easy to install and set up, but I messed up on a few things, and needed help. Thank goodness they had a "real customer service team" to help me. We set up a call to share screens and they helped me out. I highly recommend this app.

Terrible experience with this app so far. I tried integrating Tiktok Shop with Shopify; it did not work properly as our orders are not syncing. I tried to get support via Live Chat today. The support rep wasn’t able to help me. They asked me to schedule a call. I scheduled the call and of course nobody from SKU IQ joined it. The support from SKUIQ is terrible! Can someone please help me??

inventory didnt sync so i made an call two weeks out as that was the soonest available. No one showed up and to reschedule a call was another 2 weeks out... Emailed back the company twice and no response. Decided not to use their service after that experience. All i needed was to know WHY my inventory on shopify wouldnt sync to up.
