I have had nothing but issues since we installed this app, tons of fake accounts have been set up and many fraudulent purchases have been made
Hello, We take all feedback seriously, but we need to clarify a misunderstanding regarding Sky Pilot’s functionality. Sky Pilot is strictly a digital file delivery application. Our sole role is to allow merchants to attach files to products and deliver them to their customers. We have no involvement in the creation of customer accounts or the processing of purchases. Any issues related to fraudulent orders or fake accounts are entirely outside of our system and should be addressed directly with Shopify. While we cannot intervene in matters beyond the scope of our app, we remain available to assist with any questions or support related to file delivery and app functionality.
