Awful app changes the location of your images and no bulk way to restore
We tried reaching out to the merchant to better understand the situation, but unfortunately did not receive much response. During the setup process, the merchant selected the option to optimize image filenames, and our app followed that configuration. It seems that the theme relies on image filenames, which led to an unexpected theme compatibility issue. The images could have been restored in bulk, but the merchant was not aware of this feature and restored them one by one. Bulk restoration is available here: https://prnt.sc/bqWZ0m61nNyh (we will make this option more visible). Although the app worked as configured, we understand how frustrating this experience must have been. For this reason, we issued a full refund and also provided a detailed technical report on the store’s speed and SEO as a goodwill gesture. Great app, straightforward and clean. I tried a couple others. Very helpful. Chris (Support) helped me with fixing our theme code that was causing an SEO overwrite issue which I greatly appreciate. They have a Chrome extension which makes auditing pages extremely easy.

Deze app geïnstalleerd in mijn Shopify store. Het geeft een duidelijk beeld van waar je staat en wat je kunt doen. Alles ging eigenlijk heel vlekkeloos. Support is snel en duidelijk. Waar mogelijk denken ze met je mee en proberen ze alles zo vlekkeloos mogelijk te laten verlopen. Zover zeer tevreden over hoe alles is verlopen

I was honestly skeptical when choosing an SEO app because there are so many options out there. After doing some research yesterday (and with a little help from my bestie ChatGPT), I decided to go with TinyIMG, mainly because of the price. I was blown away by how many tools and tasks were included, and admittedly, a little overwhelmed. I used the chat box thinking I might hear back in a week, but Julia jumped in right away to help me get started. She was so friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Fast forward to today: I still had questions and wasn’t totally sure what needed tweaking. I reached out again, hoping someone would respond quickly (and wondering if I just got lucky the first time). Martin answered immediately and walked me through everything step by step. He answered all my questions, provided clear guidance, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. It genuinely felt like he was sitting right next to me. I thought this process was going to be confusing and painful, but instead I felt seen, heard, and fully supported. I’m incredibly grateful. I love it when things just work smoothly, especially because there are already enough hassles and roadblocks in the eCommerce world. TinyIMG is truly heaven-sent. Look no further. Seriously.
