I am speechless about the unbelievable customer support for this app! Super quick response to questions, friendly, helpful, and went way beyond the scope of my inquiries to offer invaluable suggestions and tips for improving SEO. This is the best customer support I have ever experienced in my life! The app itself is fantastic as well. It is super intuitive and easy to use. Easiest decision ever that I will be a customer for life.

I am new to this app, but I have quickly learned it's a must have for your shopify store. It does so much and more! I had a quick question and I got an instant reply from Julia who answered it very quickly and was very helpful. If you are looking for an app to enhance your store, look no further!

Great app! The best out of the few I've tried, Love how it just dies it's thing in the background and saves me all that time (at first I was manually optimising each image before uploading to Shopify!) Also, was just on live chat with Julia, and they pointed out a JSON issue with my theme and fixed it for me in a couple of minutes. I wouldn't have even known. Thanks Julia for the great support!

Amazing app...Been using this app from long time and i m getting organic traffic to my website...must have app for shopify if you want organic traffic..and their online support through chat bot is amazing and really helpful ...they guide step by step untill problem is resolved... Really amazing app and helpful support system.

Great customer service. Will definitely optimize all your images without you needing to manually do so...big time saver! If you have a lot of products and a lot of high fidelity images, this app will reduce the file size for quicker load times and less customer friction leading to an increase in sales. A+...Customer service is friendly and available via chat all the time.

Tiny SEO makes everything SO much easier. Also their client support system is the best of any app or website I have used. Julia and Chris always give detailed instructions whenever I encounter a problem with my website or with SEO. I highly recommend this app.
