Rating 5 stars because even though it seemed to not work with some products that regenerate images for personalization purposes (e.g. ShineOn) the support was ever so kind and fast to respond. I decided to cancel and roll-back any optimizations made. I do hope that there might be a way to only optimize images based on type (store, collection, vendor, product grouping etc) rather than all or nothing. I may look at this again in future.

So far my experience has been really positive. Not only am i starting to see good performance results within 48 hours the customer service has been really good and super friendly, rich in information and guidance. Big thank you to Julia and the team.

I have just installed this app and need to tell you how incredible and knowledgeable their team are! I reached out as after I had optimized my images and those on a collection page wouldn't load. The team were instantly on the case and investigated, turnes out it was nothing to do with the app but an issue with my theme. Not only did they find this fault, they fixed it for me! Outstanding service, highly recommend.

I'm just getting started with Tiny SEO, but the experience so far has not disappointed in any way. I'm finding, (with guidance from a pro), that this app can achieve everything I hoped it would. Speaking of pro's, Julia jumped on with me when I asked for help, and guided me through each process I needed to understand. I know how tough it can be to help "newbies" who don't know a jpeg from a fillet of fish sandwich. Julia demonstrated so much patience and kindness, not to mention TOTAL competence in the product. If all of Tiny SEO's support is as first class as what I got from Julia today, you'll have customers for life. Thank you Julia!

I just downloaded this app as I am looking to improve our webistes speed and seo and I absolutley love all the features it has. They are all really user-friendly and self explantory. However, if you need any assistance Support is extremely helpful. Julia assisted me quickly and also offered a quick audit of what may be slowling our page. She was quick, and extremely friendly. I highly suggest anyone to make that small investment, its a must!

so far its nice, worth the money only if you have extra budget, it does save a-lot of time with the optimizing. customer service is nice, fast answer. i give 4 stars because they dont have video optimizer
Thank you for the kind words. Sadly optimizing videos is a really difficult and resource intensive teask. So we had not implemented this feature yet. But our team is always ready to help you with manually optimizing videos and picking the best optimization options for them!

Tiny SEO is optimised very well compared to other apps I've used for our page. - It's priced competitivley. - Numerous features including automatic Ai and SEO Optimisation. - Plans that suit a wide range of users. Dealing with the team was easy for me, I needed some assistance making addition changes which may require an upgrade. Although this was provided for free by the Team which we greatly appreciated. Now we can make our required SEO changes without any additional charges!

Great support! Helped me fix errors, such as the default theme making my logos as an h1 header so my pages weren't showing on Google.
