I’ve been using the Tiny SEO app, and the support team has been great! They quickly identified an issue with my site and offered further assistance to improve my pagespeed. Their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. Highly recommend for Shopify store owners!
Find it pretty useless unless you have a ton of images. The $20 subscription doesn’t feel worth it.
We attempted to contact the merchant to resolve the matter but unfortunately did not receive a response. The merchant selected our Advanced plan, using only two features - optimizing 5 images and enabling asset preloading - while there are many other valuable features they could take advantage of. For these two features alone, they could have opted for the yearly plan or even the free plan (without asset preloading) and saved significantly compared to the Advanced plan. We understand that billing is a sensitive issue for everyone. Therefore, despite not receiving a response, we issued a refund for 3 months and offered a custom plan tailored to their needs (if they see our email). -- If you are reading this, please reach out to us through email or our in-app customer chat. We are always willing to listen to your needs and adjust our plans and pricing to suit you!

Still at setup stage, however the customer service has been very good and helpful. Proactive with suggestions.
Early days with the app ,however I am very happy so far.Im a bit clueless when it comes to SEO ,so this is a lifesaver.Had reason to use the online chat this morning ,assistance was given straight away by Julia and she made some suggestions with instructions of how I could improve my site .So far its a 10/10 from me.Looking forward to seeing other improvements on my site .

Great SEO app, it's easy to use and very straight forward. We like that the image optimization is easy to set up and automatic. The AI integration is great to help create product titles and product descriptions, it really is a timesaver and great for those of us who need a bit of creative assistance when it comes to writing. If you ever run into an issue (rare) it is taken care of and worked out quickly and efficiently! We greatly recommend Tiny SEO!!
Great app for identifying where you can do better with your SEO. The image optimising runs in the background so it's set and forget. Super helpful support too, Eli has sorted my issue within 5 mins, which turned out to be with my theme and not the app. Excellent service.

Rating 5 stars because even though it seemed to not work with some products that regenerate images for personalization purposes (e.g. ShineOn) the support was ever so kind and fast to respond. I decided to cancel and roll-back any optimizations made. I do hope that there might be a way to only optimize images based on type (store, collection, vendor, product grouping etc) rather than all or nothing. I may look at this again in future.
So far my experience has been really positive. Not only am i starting to see good performance results within 48 hours the customer service has been really good and super friendly, rich in information and guidance. Big thank you to Julia and the team.
