The app is pretty self explanatory for most users (even beginners in this type of work) which is a great help if you're working within a team of varying skills. The support is also very good and attentive - which helps you get round any issues or questions you may have. We had a really slow speed and wanted to optimize in bulk and this was a great solution. customer service was really good with Simon. I will continue to monitor app and speed but so far so good.
