Serious app. I had an issue with billing, but the developer promptly resolved it. The support is great.
Hi, As you picked the 9.99 plan, not the free plan, you were charged accordingly. Here is the proof: https://prnt.sc/aoQs-K39udX2 (This is a screenshot from our Shopify partners dashboard). The merchant has to approve the plan through Shopify billing window and then Shopify charges you from their end based on the plan you pick. I replied to you on email to resolve this issue. And I'm willing to refund you out of good will. Update: We refunded everything we could through our Shopify partners dashboard and reached out to Shopify to cancel the subscription so the merchant is not charged again and to refund the charges we cannot refund due to Shopify limitations. The refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.
This app is unbelievable!!! I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days trying to figure out how to fix coding errors slowing down the speed of my website I upgraded to the 2 year plan to get access to all the tools Now all my coding is fixed, speed is fast and SEO is 100%. I honestly could not run my website without this app.

I haven't given 5 stars (yet) as I am waiting on some changes I have made at the suggestion of the customer care team to have an impact. However, I will say the team answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with alot of knowledge - which I cannot fault.
When you fix those few issues, you will see a big jump on your score! Non optimized apps are an issue on Shopify and slow down your store. And we are glad to answer all of your questions. Looking forward to seeing your store in the 50+ score!
