There are a lot of "SEO apps" out there that all claim to do the same stuff. It's the customer service that matters and TinyIMG has a wonderful and responsive team. They do a really nice job of making the app work as you need it to. Highly recommend.

It is working well, however, it is not optimizing custom theme images I think, that might be something to look into in the future.

Great team, great work and most importantly fast responses. Optimization of pletoric features, speed, alt text, everything you need to create a good website. I don't know if it's the best because a lot of details can make a difference but it's exactly what I need for my store. Excellent work from the TinyIMG team. Wait to see how is working on time. ;)

Great app, very complete and inexpensive. The renaming of files and cropping of oversized images is very useful and that's why I chose it. The customer service is very efficient and finds solutions quickly! Many thanks to Julia for her time :)

Support team is really fast and good. I didn't like that I had no control with the quantity of images so I had an extra charge of $30 in just seconds. They limited the quantity of images in their internal settings for me and I'm happy with it.

Good app, has many functions and saves a lot of time instead of compressing the images yourself before uploading. Also has lots of other useful features, plus the 24 month plan is really good value. Really good quick support and customer services. Absolutely would recommend.

I used this app to help increase load times and make my store more fluid, however the app rearranged all photos deleted the originals and the load times are not even better now. No clue why this is rated 4.9 stars. Edit: Customer support is very helpful. I will not be using the app however I must recommend the app just based on the support received.
We managed to get a single response from the merchant and checked the issues they mentioned in the review. 1. Checked variants we got from Shopify and checked the merchants store and all of the variants were re-assigned correctly. 2. We have all backups of the images and offered to restore all of them to the original state. When images are optimized It's only natural that they are replaced with optimized versions. We cannot have the same image as It would have no affect. 3. The loading time increased on pages where the images were optimized. 112 MB reduced from 133 images which is almost 1MB per image and It's an amazing result! It should reflect on the page speed insights in 24-48 hours. We tried to help the merchant, offered to change all images back to original, offered additional help to further speed up their store as there is quite a few things to improve that would increase speed and sales alongside that. It's quite sad to see that such cool looking stores with great products leave reviews without contacting us first when It's a 10 minute thing to restore all images and we would provide a lot more that would help the merchant out a lot. Also to answer why It's a 4.9 star - It should be a 5* average. Our bad reviews are only from customers who are not willing to accept our help. Everyone else is really happy with our product and customer support we provide! We help people not only increase their site speed and SEO, but provide tips on how to increase sales too! I have been using this app for two years, and their service has tremendously helped us optimize our site for speed and other SEO needs. The support has been extremely helpful, and I cannot recommend this app enough.

355.50 hours saved! I started to learn about SEO much later than I launched and it was overwhelming how much I had to do. This app is so good, and I've tried many that were too good to be true. Someone from the sales team patiently answered all my questions and helped me narrow down the best plan. I have so much peace of mind for an affordable amount per month. Not to mention all the tips and suggestions are easy to understand and implement. Google reports always left me a little more confused, I've already easily made changed. So impressed already!

This app is helping my store have a consistent look among all the various product photos, taking the guesswork and time out of minimizing and resizing. The audits are insightful and informative and the optimizations are streamlined. Their customer service is outstanding, even helping me with other app integrations. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for the great review! The reason you have to re-scan the images in the Variant app is because the image ID and filename changes. But there are a few really cool Variant apps that have solved this issue. If you want a recommendation, feel free to shot us a message and I'll tell you the names of the apps. You will not regret switching to them, no one did!

Superb App, very easy to set up and use. The initial results seem excellent, I'm looking forward to further optimising our store.
