Die Bedienung der App ist wirklich einfach und der Support ist einfach unschlagbar. Mit der Hilfe des Supports konnte ich bislang noch jedes Problem lösen (thank you Simon!).

Empecé con el plan de compresión de 50 imágenes al mes. Mejoró la velocidad de la tienda notablemente. Es una app supercompleta, no sólo para comprimir imágenes, para los enlaces rotos, el seo, el alt. El equipo te responde de inmediato al chat, incrible su atención. Súperrecomendable. Me ha aportado valor, la página se nota más pro.

Loaded this app and had a little issue on the get-go but the support team (specifically Julia) was amazing at walking me through the setup and making suggestions for other features I could use. She took a lot of time to hold my hand through the process. I wish all apps had customer support like this!

I like this app very much. I was a bit hesitant to pay for it, so I started with the free plan, did some image resizing, etc. After a while I started appreciated the fact that the app gives warning on risks of certain decisions. It also has an in-depth faq part, that helps me to understand what is optimized and how, I prefer this approach. It gives me the feeling I am not fooled, and I have a chance to understand what is going on. On the contrast, I tried ADAVA too, and that immediately started to bombard me with "exclusive deals, expiring soon", and the type of approach that "press this button and you will be happy!". It looked to me a lot of marketing and smokescreen. Maybe there is a good functionality there too, but the presentation repulsed me, so went back to this app (3 times, before decided to for the 2 year subscription - which is a very good deal considering how bloated app prices are) Support is really great too. Not just "we answer fast" great (that is, too), but the help they give is really insightful, they check your page and tells you, if I need a functionality or not, they not just push blindly. For instance I was conflicted about lazy loading, and they flat-out told me I do not need to activate that, as my theme already supports that (though the theme itself doesnot tell this). Gave me the impression, that they do have a kinda unbiased and matter-of-factly attitude. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this app with great service and prices. Eli has been patient with my poor understanding of how to use this app and very helpful to have such a service. I still have plenty to learn and understand how to fully use this app so looking forward to having more sales.

This app has been really fantastic in simplifying a potentially confusing area. Their dashboard is clear and easy to use and if you don't understand then you can contact them for help and advice and they reply very quickly. Thank you Julia for your help and answering my many questions!

Update two and a half years later :) I love using Tiny SEO and I'm on their yearly plan now for the second time. Julia is still there to assist me whenever I have issues—10/10 recommendation! ------------------------------------- Original review (March 6, 2023): So far, so good! The app itself is really easy to navigate through and the customer service is amazing! Julia helped me in matter of minutes. I used another app with almost the same options for 4x the price, but this is better option for small stores like mine.
