We started using the paid version of Smart Menu a few days ago with the Retina theme. Faced a lot of challenges initially to get it to work correctly, but Tracy and the team at Smart Menu were very helpful every step of the way. Not to mention that Smart Menu has helped give a modern look to our website, and make the menus look beautiful. I highly recommend them for their product + customer service.

We have tried a few menu apps. This is by far the easiest to use and most sophisticated menu app. The basic free package already provide very powerful features. There are different menu types for you to choose from. You can even add images to pull down menus. Very good product indeed. Highly recommended!

Looks great and works great! Had some issues getting the mobile working but Michael helped fix it right away. It's nice to have a sharp looking menu, finally!

overly expensive, Fairly easy to use but the cost really does outweigh the benefits looks good on a desktop but not at all on mobile a bit of a letdown.

Works perfectly! Great for amateur users who are not very good with manually coding their nested menus. Customer service is superb. Ran into some problems with my search bar and they (namely Tracy & Michael) assisted and helped us right away! Highly recommend the app

Got this app to replace Buddha Menu as it offers the free fly out mega menu and it's great! Easy to use for building the menu and when it came to setup, unfortunately our store uses a custom theme which made it incompatible for the instructions provided to switch over the menu. This was not a problem though as the developer was very quick to respond and complete setup(within 24-48 hrs). We even experienced a few glitches that she fixed without a problem. Very happy with the app and the service!

This is a fantastic app and well worth upgrading to the full plan. It's easy to use and well worth the small amount of money each month for the full plan. We love it it's make our life so much easier. Keep up the great work. So give it a try you won't be dissapointed. It's multi use and my staff love it :-)

This is the best Mega Menu app in the Shopify app store. Intuitive, but at some point the menu order can be trickier to accommodate, but once you learn how to do it, it becomes incredibly simple. Support is amazing, seriously, the best I've ever encounter with any app or even theme developer, I'm with empire, from Pixel Union, who claim have world level support, not even close to qikify. They just completed a not that simple personalization task I asked for and I wasen't even a premium user of their app. Now I will and I don't really need it, but it's incredibly cheap. I have to amend my review. The app has a fatal flaw! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!! The drop-downs appear not only when you hover the menu header but also when you hover anywhere the menu will appear which obscures that part of the page. Read the rest of the review but as I told the publisher these issues should have been fixed before release. I've wasted countless hours when I discovered this fatal flaw. This app is way too finicky. Little adjustments to any menu can have a global effect on sub and parent menus. Adding pictures to a menu is relatively easy but placement is impossible even though there is a drop down menu, it almost never works. Virtually NO drag and drop make using this app extremely time consuming. I would only recommend it to someone with a lot of extra time on their hands.

I like the app so far a lot. It's making my navigation to products look so much more professional and organized and that with the free version. I plan to upgrade to get some of the other features soon.

Just started using this app. its very easy to setup and configure. Looks very smart like it suggests. Best of all is the level of support- wanted to make some changes and tweaks and got immediate responses full of helpful advice from the team. top job.

Nice solution that makes building categories quick and easy with duplicate function. Support was prompt, helpful and made an effort to understand our needs.
