Actually I love this app so much, easy use on it, and robot reply better then mine, but, they don’t have a option for live chat / let the customer leave a message, and we can reply later, ( or I don’t know how to setting? ) so I only can give 4star , if they can fix it, I will upgrade the plan.

This SmartBot app is amazing. I would highly recommend businesses to try it. It cuts down on all the question emails you receive by providing answers to the customers right away. It gives you insight as to what your customer need and asking for. Plus, it's a great pre-sale tool by offering discount. Try IT..

This unprofessional company had a conversation with my chatbot during which they insulted our brand and our current chatbot provider. Next time, I willI report you to Shopify and request that they permanently remove your business from the Shopify App Store.

I love it but my stopped working and I do not know why. Hope they fix the problem

I'm not usually one to use chatbots, but this one made it a breeze. Whether you're a chatbot pro or just trying it out, you'll find it easy to interact with. This chatbot's responses are smooth and natural. It's like chatting with a real human! It understands my questions and provides helpful answers without any hiccups. Privacy is a big deal, and I'm happy to say that this chatbot respects that. It doesn't ask for personal information and keeps the conversation focused on what I need. But what really stood out to me is the level of customization. This chatbot adapts to my preferences and provides personalized recommendations and assistance. It feels like it knows me. I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. I'm particularly interested in the personalized product recommendations feature, which I think could be a great way to increase my sales. I'll be sure to update my review once I've had a chance to use SmartBot for a while.
