So I far so good . Love the app. If you can make it easier to access the chat history that would be cool. And a cheaper plan for us that don't want to spend 30 a Month. Thanks Keep up the great work..

Great chatbot! Only thing I would add is the ability to chat with the bot itself as an admin to update its knowledge base or quickly give it answers to questions customers ask, which it might not know.

Je recommande cette application car je la trouve tout simplement efficace, elle me permet de ne pas laisser le client sans réponses, d'obtenir un suivi bien réel, un historique pour mieux comprendre mes clients et surtout cette application est agréable, parfois rigolote vraiment je l'apprécie beaucoup !
