We're loving the SmartBot. It was a bit of a work to "train" it to understand our products and the strange questions our customers ask, lol, but once you put in the response you want, it does a fantastic job! This program saves us so many customer service inquiries. Some tips: Read the conversations so you can see what the bot is saying, then go in an "train" it to respond more appropriately. I highly recommend this app to take some load off your team.

This app does have great features. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription immediately, you will not receive a refund. I contacted them repeatedly but received no response. After uninstalling the app, their manager sent me an email. When I replied to this email again requesting a refund, I received no response. Please choose this app with caution; you'll waste a lot of time and money. If the Bestchat administrators see this review, please refund our subscription fee, as we didn't even use the features!

In fact, we provide a 7-day free trial period before subscription so that users can fully experience the features before making a payment. Additionally, after you raised your concerns, we communicated with you multiple times via email to clarify the situation. According to our subscription policy, cancellation means stopping the renewal of the next billing cycle and does not include a refund for the current paid period. This is a common practice in the SaaS industry and is clearly stated to all users during registration. We understand your feelings and will continue to optimize our products and services to provide a better experience for every user. Thank you for your attention and support.

Je viens de l'installer, cela à l'air d'être une excellente apk, configuration facile, s'adapte très bien à la boutique. je trouve simplement les prix un peu elevé, mais franchement je vais tester, le but étant d'avoir plus de clients et de régler les frictions à l'achat. On verra bien. En cours de test pour l'instant :)

Intelligensen kezeli a gyakori kérdéseket, a rendelési infókat és még upsellezni is képes! A testreszabhatóság zseniális, a beállítás percek alatt ment, az ügyféltámogatás pedig profi és gyorsan reagál. Ha komolyan gondolod az automatizálást és a vásárlói élményt, akkor ez must have. Már az első héten érezhetően csökkent az e-mailes terhelés, és nőtt az elégedettség.
