I love smartbot it talks on my behave I like how it explain everything to anyone who reached the chat on a professional way thank you so much I will continue use it keep up the good work I highly recommended smartbot to any business who want someone answer any questions for them either they are available or not .

This is the best app I’ve ever used. The AI Chatbot has been a game-changer for us at Electrr.com. Dear SupRelax, As mentioned in my previous email, we have agreed to process your refund request. However, please note that your payment was made through the Shopify platform. Shopify has a fixed settlement period, and we have not yet received your subscription funds. Once we receive the settlement from Shopify, we will issue your refund. Regarding your comment about not receiving a refund, we find it difficult to accept as it does not accurately reflect our communication and intentions.

I've installed and uninstalled many bot apps, SMARTBOT is hands down the Best and we're super happy. Easy to understand - easy to set up and train. Super on point. Interface is simple to use and they also have the most affordable plans. Thank you for making our lives easier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Deze visuele AI chatbot zou ik iedereen aanraden. Hij voert bijzonder vaardige sociale naadloze gesprekken en stelt klanten op hun gemak. Je kan de bot zeer gemakkelijk personaliseren en ik ben erg onder de indruk van de krachtige AI-functie van de chatbot. Ik raad deze app aan iedereen aan die hun klanten een geweldige ervaring gunnen op hun website.

This bot is probably the most intuitive, helpful virtual assistant we have ever used (and we've tried many!). Not only does it intuitively learn from your site, it uses conditional logic to answer more generic but specialised questions the way a specialist would which is exactly what we are needing for our specialised products. Very very impressed and are now busy onboarding this bot onto our second website. We are especially eager to see how it integrates into our social media. We run nationwide social media ads and literally have hundreds of post comments and messages daily, so if this app does what it's done on our website for our social media - it will hands down be the game-changer we need to get ahead of our competitors. It has literally saved us so much time responding to questions; both professionally and instantly. Highly, highly impressed!

This SmartBot demonstrates impressive intelligence, as it was able to access and share internal information from our Shopify account. While this showcases its capabilities, it also raises significant privacy concerns. I am now questioning what other information this company may have accessed. This is quite alarming and deserves attention.
