We had a few questions about our current plan, and Shelby was excellent at answering all of our questions and giving us advice on the best options for us going forward. We have been using the Smile Loyalty program for over 4 years now and are very happy with it :)

We use Smile.io on our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our site, and helps us reward loyal customers in a simple, professional way. I recently reached out to support with a question about enabling points on product pages, and Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They made the process effortless and followed up to be sure everything was working correctly. Great app and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

Stoped tracking our reviews for months which we only found out about after a customer brought it to our attention. Recommend everyone check their programs to make sure their customers are getting points for leaving reviews as all four of our sites are not.

We use Smile for our Sloane Rewards Program at Sloane Fine Tea, and it’s been an excellent experience. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and integrates seamlessly with our store. Our customers love being rewarded for their loyalty (and their love of tea!), and we’re thrilled to be able to give back to our community in such a meaningful way. The Smile team is also fantastic! Responsive, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I had a great support experience from Shelby. I asked her about a function which I was surprised did not exist. She offered to submit it to the developers. I thought that would be the last time I heard from her. Was very surprised to receive an email from her within a week stating that there was now a solution. Great service!

Implementation has been smooth and the support for customising a rewards program via the API is excellent. Andrea and Ezra from the Smile team provided really fast and effective support during our set-up which was hugely helpful.

not user friendly both for vendor and customers. hard to redeem on POS and pushing you to upgrade to higher plans for easier to use features
