Many of the features that you'd want are only available on the growth plan that is $199/month. Not ideal for a small and growing company.

All of the chat support are great but in particular Lisa and Erin were able to quickly answer my questions. Our program hasn't been live long enough to judge the efficacy yet but so far so good!

The support behind this program is quite good. I had implemented the app at its most basic level and settings without truly understanding how to best leverage it. I reached out to the team and they gave me excellent "best practices" to consider. Using that as a baseline, I was able to construct what I believe to be a very robust and "rewarding" program for my customers. The app is quite powerful and has important integrations with Klaviyo and Loox reviews (which was important for me). I highly recommend Smile!
