Smile is a great program, though the price is a lot for me as a small business, so I have downgraded back to the free one. I had it for about a year on the paid plan. I would prefer a yearly cost so hopefully once my sales have grown to over 100 orders a month they will have this option.

We’d like to give a big thank you to Jade for the outstanding support! He was incredibly kind and quick to find a solution to our issue. The app itself is extremely useful, and we’re excited about fully integrating it into our workflow. At one point, the pricing almost made us reconsider using it—but thanks to Jade’s help, we found a solution that works perfectly for us. Truly appreciate the support!

Great app with excellent support! We’ve been using Smile.io for our store’s loyalty program and have had a great experience so far. The app is easy to use, integrates well with Shopify, and offers exactly what we need to keep customers engaged and coming back. A special thanks to Lisa from the support team — she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions about point eligibility for guest customers. She provided clear guidance and even offered to connect us with the Merchant Success team for further optimization tips. Highly recommend Smile.io if you’re looking to build a solid rewards program with top-notch support!

I would highly recommend this app. I was not able to get the app to work correctly on my website. Lynn checked out the issue and found an error in less than 30 minutes.

Simple integration and great ways for customer to earn and redeem rewards. Dev team is very helpful with any issues. Angie really helped find my code errors with her eagle eyes.
