Had the best customer support experience with Matt and Lisa. Matt helped me analyze what the problem was and walk me through everything step by step. Even after they followed up the next day to give me an update that everything looked good on their end.

Lynn and the Smile.io technical team provided excellent service! We had a tricky JavaScript TypeError conflict preventing the points balance from displaying on our legacy Shopify customer account page. The team was professional, efficiently debugged the underlying issue, and verified the custom code solution. Our points are now displaying in real-time. Highly efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful technical support. Thank you!

Smile doesn't do everything I've dreamed up (could be a little more customizable), but it covers most needs, and the customer service is above par. Just wonderful to deal with. It's a great loyalty option, for sure!
