I have been looking for a rewards app and tried a couple of them, but I must say smile.io is the best and the support top notch, especially Joana and Jade. Thanks for your help.

I had a problem with my account, and I was transferred to Ezra Alamsyah to help me fix it. He was incredibly helpful in solving the issue I was facing and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. Ezra even followed up every day to keep me updated on the progress, let me know the problem was fixed, make sure it didn’t resurface, and check if I had any other questions or concerns—truly going above and beyond. His dedication and professionalism are a testament to how carefully this company selects its employees. I’m truly impressed by Ezra commitment to helping. Thank you, Ezra!
