The app is definitely working and taking off, it does take marketing on your end and an accumulation of time to pay off - for reference we have a very steady sales rate and a great return customer rate. I still think $59 a month is expensive even though yes, this does result in sales and people being able to earn and collect points is awesome.

4/5 - great app, usability, and look. 59.99/month is not affordable though!

I could only give 5 stars on the easiness of the app because everything was super simple to set up. Everything is up and running so I'm waiting to see how it'll do!

Better than the other app I tested out and got charged almost $150 for losing money.

pretty great app. It would be a lot better if discount codes were automatic.

This was very easy to set up and I don't get overwhelmed with communication.

I'd give it 5 stars if there is a way that each email came in got sent to an autoresponder. Other than that it's great.

Seams like it has the right features to reward your loyal customers still trying to figure it all out

We used this for a year or two on our old site and now we are using it on our new site, to be honest I liked the look of at least one of the other apps but when I read all the relevant information there were pitfalls that we just couldn't work with, we went back to these guys and I have ot say I am very happy... it just works, it is easy to set up and it runs itself.. I'm happy with it. If I had to mention one thing, price.. all of the loyalty style apps are really pricey, this was one of the lesser priced but still for a basic that wont even allow editing of outgoing email template to my customers $59.99?!? come one guys, at least let me edit the outgoing email templates for this price, huh? because the stock ones you send out are really nasty.. just sayin. If you included outgoing email template editing in your "basic" package at $59.99 I would give 5 stars.. right now its a 4 from me.

So far so good. Would prefer s better sandboxed demo mode for playing about without having to publish live to users while testing.

So far so good....easy to set up the basic plan. I will give another review once the shop is up and running. I am on the fence with 4 or 5 stars because of the branding logo on the rewards program....I think they should offer lower tier option for a few bucks that would get rid of their branding on the system....

We've been using Sweet Tooth for 7 months now. We weren't sure how interested our customers would be in a rewards program....since it seems everyone has one. However, every brand (if they provide a good product or service) has brand advocates. After extensive research, we were convinced Sweet Tooth had the best Loyalty program app available. It's not cheap, but anything of real value rarely is. I like the fact that it's a great way for your customers to become engaged brand advocates by helping spread the word about your brand via referrals and social media. We are pleasantly surprised at how many of our customers are taking advantage of the program. I gave them 4 stars because I would like to see a few more functions and better reports. However, the app works great and flawless. We've had no functionality issues. When we have had questions, Customer Support has been superb.

This is very tough to review because I give the free version 5 stars. What an amazing program! Very well done and so cool but the jump to the next level after free is insane. From FREE to $60/month .... $200/month ... $400/month!!!??? I was expecting you can have the free version and after that you could perhaps just pay $60 to unlock the next level, but $60 a month!? I think the company would actual generate more profit selling 1 time upgrades over monthly plans. I just couldn't imagine spending $400 a month on this. A retailer must now sell an additional $1,000 in revenue per month just to break even on this plan and then more to turn a profit. I can't even use my own logo with the free version and I couldn't imagine spending $60/month. Great idea but for at least $720 a year just so I can have my own logo displayed I don't see the value in that.
