We've used this app for a few years, and the customer support has always been great. I especially appreciate Ezra's help in figuring out the app integration with Shopify. He went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues.

We've been using Smile since 2017 and just wanted to drop a review to say they're great. Having a rewards program that's easy to use and manage is amazing. Lots of good features and helpful customer support.

The Smile team was great in helping us select a plan that best meets the needs of our company while still being cost effective. They were also very quick to respond when we had an issue with the Smile app and providing instructions and support to help us fix the issue. Wonderful customer support!

Been using Smile for years and never had an issue. The reward program works faultlessly, their pricing could be a little friendlier though as they hold back features unless you want to pay a lot more. 9/10

does what it says on the tin. I wish the integration with Okendo was a bit more extensive but overall we re happy with Smile

First, customer service has been fantastic. They're very responsive on chat and have helped us navigate setup and adjustments. It's been working with no issues and the tool is easy to use. They also helped us with a price break as a nonprofit!
