We have had Smile for a few weeks now and are loving it! I've been wanting to get a rewards program for awhile but I was so nervous because I wasn't sure I could get it set-up on my own. I'm not super tech-savvy BUT I'm here to say, if I can do it - you can do it! Special shout-out to Brandon for helping me get set-up and explaining the features to me. He went above and beyond to help me out and I'm so grateful! He even followed up with me to make sure I was good after I left that chat. That meant so much! Thank you, Brandon, for your amazing customer service! And thanks, Smile for a great app — you're helping our small business grow and we're forever grateful.

Overall Smile has been a great company/app to install and work with, I trialled a few different apps before happily settling on Smile. We've had over 2000 orders influenced by the rewards in the short time we've had the program. Customer service has been amazing, working with Hannah on a few small things and she has been a gem to talk with, she really is 1 in a billion to talk to! So helpful!
