We really enjoy Smile! It’s a bit on the expensive side (but what good programs aren’t?), but the customer service is great and the app is extremely easy to navigate within Shopify. Our only complaint is the inability to exclude products/services from EARNING points. We have some services were we make only 20% commission, yet our customers receive full rewards points. The only work around is to manually subtract points from customer accounts after they pay (not ideal). A work around given to me by the extremely helpful and friendly service rep, Andrea, was to specify collections that would be eligible to have rewards APPLIED. While helpful if we are concerned about how the rewards are used, we are more concerned about making sure we have the ability to control what can earn points in the first place. This is a very specific problem for a niche business like our (a quilt shop), but just an FYI! We still plan to use Smile and will likely just have to increase reward thresholds to ensure we’re not just handing out rewards like crazy!

This app helps us make a closer connection with our customers. After new updates, the Growth plan is the most valuable to choose. Their customer services have quick responses and professional skills, especially Lisa.

This App works so well in my store and processes customer conversion. I really appreciate what it has done for my store, the user experience is very smooth. And the support team also did a great job. Whenever I have a need, they help me as much as possible, and the service attitude and efficiency are great. In general, 5 stars for this App and the people behind it.

Fantastic experience! David from smile was very helpful activating additional integrations and support looks to be very responsive. Almost plug and play, mainly use it for reviews on product pages and also refer a friend with klaviyo

My website is currently being fixed, but looking forward to seeing this work in my favour, with my customers benefitting too. I’m currently playing around with the free version, before I leap into paid. Customer service from Jade has been incredible, even with me being on the free plan. Gives me a lot of confidence in the product

We are only small grocery and not too much profit at here. I using the app until they send me the email. with 600 orders/month , is not too much in rural and their palan is $199/month. Very expensive for us. I will use another ways for that

Who doesn't LOVE a discount?! My customers are always grateful to get their $5 off coupon, and I like the incentives Smile offers for them to earn their rewards. The customer service is GREAT, too. The response time is fast, and their instructions are clear. They really do offer their service with a Smile. Working with the program is easy, and I recommend this app!

We've been using the app for quite some time now, and it actually helped a lot to increase the referral process. It's simple, easy to use and understand and great for starting out a rewards program. Also, customer support was quick and spot on replying to our questions (shout out to David for helping us sort out tagging customers inside Shopify).

very responsive and helpful. I was transitioning loyalty members from Toast to Shopify using Smile. Figured out with the help of Lisa that you need to upload the list of customers into your shopify customers and then upload the points balance into Smile. It made the transition very easy. Thanks

Smile works great and the support is top notch. I had some questions this morning and was on a google meet call within minutes and they went above and beyond to help resolve my questions. Highly Recommended. Update: Support continues to be amazing and this app has generated a ton or repeat buyers.

We have been using Smile.Io for about 14 months. As we have grown the app has worked well for us. The support team - in particular David - has been very helpful. As we have grown there have been things we needed help with and they have always been able to help and accommodate our needs. Often apps push you to move to higher levels before you are ready or able to move but Smile has always been able to show us how to manage things or help us when needed.
