I find this loyalty system hard to set up and the help on the chat was not that helpful/it took a long time for the team to come back but David jumped to the rescue and set up a call which we were really impressed with and his support was very helpful

Very satisfied with this addition to my shop. Very friendly and super fast communication. Think along with you and are solution-oriented. Now I hope that the full app will be available in Dutch soon, so that more Dutch people will come!

Very basic features for the price... Not worth the money in my opinion. The UI is easy to navigate for users but in terms of value as a merchant, the features are lacking. Point collection is simple for users but if you want to do anything to incentivize users to actually use their points, you'll need to upgrade to the $200/ month plan. With that being said, basically all of the useful features are on the $200/ month plan. If you have the budget, go for it, but to me, the value just isn't there with what you're getting compared to other apps in our tech stack. I wish we would have looked into alternative options before committing to Smile. Hard to switch at this point.

I am getting ready to launch our store & rewards program in a couple of days and I just wanted to make sure I was understanding the program before I train staff. Lisa was a huge help in answering my questions, and making sure I had my points set up to earn and redeem the way I intend them to be used. I was able to quickly get clarification regarding the reward menu that will be on my site. PLUS I love the memes Lisa sent in the chat...made me smile!!!

I must have accidentally clicked the upgrade button when signing up for my account for the first time and didn't realize it until months later. But to my relief, the prompt and courteous customer service folks reversed the payments as there had been no activity on my account until today. This left a positive impression on me, and makes me more confident that I'll intentionally upgrade once I start using Smile. Thank you!
