We have 3 Shopify websites and use Smile for rewards on all of them. We have been very happy with this app and our customers love our rewards program. Smile also has a great support team. I recently talked to David and he was very kind, responsive and quickly helped me resolve our issue!

Smile is a very easy to use Rewards & Loyalty App. We have been running with it for over 6 months now and it was easy enough to set up, links well with our email marketing and if we have any questions regarding the features, support has been quick to respond and very thorough in their response. Tried many different loyalty program apps, smile is the most user friendly one, easy to set up. Also, Joana and Hannah were both super helpful, quick respond and solve my issues :)

I have looked at several loyalty programs and have settled on Smile. The free tier provides good features to start out, and the customer service is very responsive.

Great value for the entry level system that we use here at Owens Organic Coffee. The system has enabled us to better serve our most loyal customers and to encourage new customers to return (we have a very high returning customer rate). Easy to set up, easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Recharge (subscriptions) and the chat support has been top notch (very quick responses too).

Loving the app! And the support is amazing! I thought I would have to upgrade my subscription to gain some functionality I need, but I reached out to chat support (who responding in less than 1 minute) who pointed me to just what I needed without having to upgrade!

This app has been easy to use. It's all working in the background with no assistance from us and my customers are getting rewarded! I have only had one issue ( and it was not the app's fault) and they sent me instructions to fix it quickly. I am very happy and highly recommend Smile Loyalty and Rewards.

I have only just installed it and about to launch. The set up was easy but I had one issue I wanted to check. I used the chat service and Nicole answered and sorted my query out within 5 minutes. Great service. It's good to know that customer service is quick when you have new apps to master. Thank you so much Nicole

Easy to install and understand. I have tried other apps, but I preferred this one since it is easier to use, and they have a free plan for whose who are starting the business.

Just launched Smile for our Shopify store. After reading the reviews, quite keen on exploring the app. We had a few questions before we got started on the plan & it was very patiently handled by Jade. He took the time to carefully evaluate & incorporate all of our questions.

I like this rewards programm very much, the costumer support was always very helpful. The free plan has already a lot to offer! The only thing I miss is that there can not be a individually customized and tracked referral discount code, only the option with a referral link. They already explained to me why it's not possible with the code, but I still think it would be a good option.

Smile has been a great app for our loyalty program. It's full of features, but not confusing to use like other apps available. Really appreciate how Smile have prioritised the UX for both the end users and also us as a merchant. The new 'Points at Checkout' feature is great! Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful!

Amazing customer service from Jade! The app is pretty user friendly and mostly easy to integrate with select POS systems. The customer service has always been prompt and helpful!
