Smile has always been so flexible for us and allowed us to build the best plan around our needs. The functionality of Smile has also always met our needs and helped us to increase our CVR. We switched away from Smile to Rise but quickly found that wasn't the best choice for our platform. Smile allows for much greater customization of our program to meet our needs. We definitely recommend Smile for all of your loyalty needs.

Highly recommend this app to other small businesses looking for a loyalty partner. The app is stable, easy to use and customizable for your brand. On the rare occasion of system outages or data delays, they proactively notify you of issues and expected resolution times. More importantly, the support team at Smile is fantastic. We moved to another e-commerce platform that wasn't integrated with Smile (so sad to leave!) and they took such good care of us in the off-boarding and data migration process. 10/10 would recommend.

Works with our web store and Shopify POS seamlessly, when not much else does. Integrated with our Stamped.io product reviews so we can reward customers who leave reviews.

I love the Smile Loyalty and Rewards app. I worked personally with Karen, Joana, and Hannah, who were all individually helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and great in their expertise within the business. They helped me set up a wonderful program that my customers will love and feel absolutely spoiled. :) But most importantly, one that I could feel confident in, knowing that it will work alongside me on autopilot to grow an awesome wood and resin jewelry boutique for women who define their own beauty!

We researched several Apps to add a Loyalty program for our retail and eCommerce customers a few months ago. It was easy to integrate with Shopify. We did run into a few issues with customers using points to pay, and although SMILE & Shopify will need to resolve the conflict, David offered us a manual work-around as a possible temporary solution. Although we decided this wasn't for us, his extra work was very much appreciated. And recently we had an issue with upgrading, and David once again offered us a solution that was helpful and demonstrated SMILE's desire to work with all types of vendors, small & big. I would highly recommend this App to anyone...............Lydia
