We really like our Smile rewards account and always get great service when we have questions or when an issue comes up (which is pretty rare). Shelby was quick to help answer questions, and we love the diversity of how we can control our gift tiers and assign VIPs!

Smile has changed the game for us. We have been a customer since 2021 and have not been disappointed since. Their online chat support is a breath of fresh air and is always super helpful. Lynn in particular went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it. We look forward to many more years with Smile!

Update, Thank you to Smile for being flexible and working with small business. *Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*

Smile is the best customer rewards platform. They integrate with most applications and have the best support.

**Update** The app itself has always functioned excellent and has been a great boost to our business. A few weeks ago the pricing tiers had changed fairly significantly and though I was initially frustrated the team at smile worked very hard to find a solution that would work for our business needs and keep our rewards program uninterrupted for our customers..
