Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out. Oh, and their customer service is *chef's kiss*

We've been with Smile for several years and it's been great, both in terms of function and service from the team. It's hard to give 5 stars when I just barely signed up and haven't had much time to implement the app, BUT I received some very helpful support from an agent on smile.io.com that I would rate 5 stars.
