Great customer service. We needed an app to unify our online and in-store locations and has worked seamlessly for us to offer rewards both online and in-store.

So far I am loving the app, I have yet to launch to my customers, but getting it set up has been pretty easy, the support team is prompt to reply and help me out, phew!

Una aplicación bastante buena, yo utilizo actualmente la versión FREE y tengo varios clientes que se registraron gracias a esta aplicación de LEALTAD. Recomiendo instalar para tu negocio, y tenes la ayuda del soporte en el chat que te ayuda al instante. EXELENTE ATENCIÓN.

We've loved using Smile for our Rewards Program platform, it's easy to use not just for customers but for us as well on the back end. The customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful while getting the information across in an easy-to-understand fashion. Jade was extremely helpful in helping me make sure Smile was integrated properly into our other sales channels.

Smile is such a great program to maintain customer loyalty. My customers enjoy earning points and redeeming discounts/coupons. Smile customer service is also very kind and helpful whenever we run into any issues. Shout out to Hannah and Lynn :)

Just moved to the Smile app from another Loyalty Rewards app and couldnt be happier with my decision. I needed some help importing customer points from the other app and they had it sorted within minutes for me. Super responsive and helpful and the app itself is super user friendly and looks great. So far it looks like a super nice app. However, I hope that in the very near future they can make a language option in Danish so my customers can read everything in Danish
