Very helpful and quick responses. She walked me through the answers to all my questions and helped me decide to switch my loyalty program to Smile. With their features and price, I'm super happy using them now. Switching to them was the best thing for my customers

This app is wonderful! Easy to use and they have great support. Jade was so nice and she helped me with some updates following some business changes. It's so nice to know that you are supported within minutes of reaching out. I'm happy with the connections to social media where my customers can earn points for signing up or sharing my products and/or blogs on these platforms. :)

Excellent and fast customer service. This app provides great customer retention and upsell opportunity offering customers bonus points to their next order based on cart value as well as the option for customers to select their free gifts using their current rewards balance.

We love Smile. We've been with this app for almost 3 years and love the platform. It's easy to use not just for customers but for us as well on the back end. The customer service is amazing. They are friendly, quick, and really helpful while getting the information across in an easy way.

Good value for money and support have been very responsive to my questions and have created mini-video tutorials for specific issues. The functionality is B2C focussed and we run a B2B business, hence I'm not able to give 5 stars as some configuration options that would be useful aren't currently available.
Thanks so much for the feedback around some of the things we could be doing better to be more B2C focused.
