So far these guys have been great - a really simple system, but any questions I have had have been answered quickly, clearly and they have been so friendly. I have never felt like a nuisance, just left the support chats much clearer with what I need to do. Thank you!

So far so good. Easy to install (bear in mind there's a 15-minute delay before your changes appear on Shopify store), customer service was prompt and helpful.

Its a brilliant app, been using this loyalty app for 3 years.. However after this update they made, they removed alot of settings and features from the free plan. Now i can't change and edit my settings, i literally have to fork out 50 usd just to change a few settings. What a bunch of greedy devs.

Smile has been pretty seamless to set up and when I experienced a little issue, the customer service was outstanding. Joana went out of her way to step me through a solution and then fixed another problem on my site without me needing to log a separate case with Shopify or my Theme developer. I'm early into my journey using Smile but, so far, I'm really impressed by its service. Happy to recommend Smile!

app's crazy. We are soon gonna implement the 600€/month plan in our marketing ecosystem, definitely and investment, but surely with postive roi at the end of the month.
