Update 10.28.25: Once again I have received amazing support through Smile. They were able to find a solution to my problem very fast and everything is now working smoothly. Very impressed! Good support, was easily able to answer my question.

So far we are really loving this app and its user-friendly interface. Plus it's a huge bonus to have amazing customer support. The staff was super quick and efficient in answering some of our questions when we were first starting to get set up. :)

Excellente application pour mettre en place un système de fidélité (à la fois en ligne et en boutique physique, via Shopify POS) et excellent support. Merci Complément en juin 2025 : Excellent support de Cole ! Une features très utile m’a été offerte pour le récompenser de la fidélité. Juste génial ! Complément en novembre 2025 : Encore un excellent support par Erin. On va rester clients fidèles de ce programme de fidélité encore longtemps :)

Still new to using this app but I had an issue and the customer service was helpful (although not available on the weekend, so had to wait until Monday morning)

I can’t believe all of the free features you get with this program! Like I feel like I’m robbing them. My customers love it and I love how prompt their support is. In a world where everyone has and needs a reward program im glad to have found this easy to use one

Super easy to use and very user-friendly. Was able to import customer data from previous app and setup notification emails within a day of use. Would recommend to all businesses.

Generally the app functionality is good. Only a small percentage of customers actually sign up for Rewards and use it for discounts. One thing I don't like is that in the Discounts section in Shopify, it populates all of the generated discount codes. I wish there was a way to avoid that. Customer service is superb! Nicole helped me with some button display issues, and she was very responsive and informative. Thank you!
