Amazing customer support and easy to use admin. Lisa was a big help in guiding me through how to roll-out Referrals prior to Rewards. Panel options are there to do this gracefully!

Fast and pleasant assistance. From a technical point of view, it's too bad that it's not yet possible to apply a minimum order value to use loyalty discounts on shopify POS orders.

I am still very new to the app, but the service I have received from the entire Smile team (specifically Lisa, David, and Nicole) has been beyond great. They have been very responsive and linked me to very informative docs and resources to help me build a strategy and configure my program. Loyalty program coming soon!

www.promoviniles.com - Panama We love Smile. We start using the Free Plan, them the Starter Plan and now the Growth. Now we have the VIP Program included. I love that they have adapted to a more accessible pricing structure. My customer love receive points and I love to have loyal customer. This type of program sets me apart from my competitors.

This app has been working well for us. Today we discovered an unintended consequence of dealers that already purchase from us online with a discount code being able to accumulate and redeem points. I reached out for guidance on this and was met with an almost instantaneous solution. Great support!

I just finished chatting with Nicole and I cannot begin to tell you how easy this set up was. Her instructions were seamless. She sent me video’s to show me where to navigate to what I needed to fix. I learn visually way better so this was huge for me. I cannot believe it was this simple! Thank you again Nicole!

Great app, it has everything one needs to reward customers and generate more sales. Exceptional customer service. I was having difficulty understanding something and I got a response within minutes! I was able to ask all the questions I had to make the best of the App. Highly recommend :)

David and the team at Smile have been great, anything we ever needed they are standing by to assist. Support solves inquiries usually same day and if it is going to be longer they are up front about it. The biggest thing is you can see they really value our growth, Smile is continuously willing to support us in our endeavors and ensures that they are continuing to provide valuable services and upgrades.

Support was very helpful and knowledgeable. And all of us shopify customers know how BAD the actual shopify support is. Wow is all I can say about shopify support.... These people at Smile know what they are talking about though!! Recommended
