I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

I've only just started using Smile but so far I am LOVING IT. It was so easy to set up and the customer support has been PHENOMENAL. Joana on the support team has been especially helpful. I highly recommend Smile.

So far the integration with my website has been smooth, although I am still in the testing stages and haven't gone live but I like what I have seen already, the only draw back will be the point system and cos of this I don't think I might be able to launch with it, the issue is, it is only the point(s) earned that is variable but the currency isn't variable so for example you can only edit ($1 = 1 point, 2 points, 10 points or 50 points etc) but what I really want to set up is ($10 = 1 point) that doesn't seem possible from what I have seen. Update: I was able to sort this out via redemption (10 points will redeem $1), thanks a lot Nicole for reaching out.

For the points per $1, we make it so that customers earn at least one point per dollar because we find it is easier for your customers to see and understand the value of your program when they earn a higher number of points. You can adjust how many points each reward "costs" in order to make those points worth higher or lower dollar values. I have reached out to you personally via email to learn more about your business and provide 1:1 assistance in optimizing your program according to our best practices from over 100,000 loyalty programs!
We really enjoy Smile! It’s a bit on the expensive side (but what good programs aren’t?), but the customer service is great and the app is extremely easy to navigate within Shopify. Our only complaint is the inability to exclude products/services from EARNING points. We have some services were we make only 20% commission, yet our customers receive full rewards points. The only work around is to manually subtract points from customer accounts after they pay (not ideal). A work around given to me by the extremely helpful and friendly service rep, Andrea, was to specify collections that would be eligible to have rewards APPLIED. While helpful if we are concerned about how the rewards are used, we are more concerned about making sure we have the ability to control what can earn points in the first place. This is a very specific problem for a niche business like our (a quilt shop), but just an FYI! We still plan to use Smile and will likely just have to increase reward thresholds to ensure we’re not just handing out rewards like crazy!

This App works so well in my store and processes customer conversion. I really appreciate what it has done for my store, the user experience is very smooth. And the support team also did a great job. Whenever I have a need, they help me as much as possible, and the service attitude and efficiency are great. In general, 5 stars for this App and the people behind it.

Fantastic experience! David from smile was very helpful activating additional integrations and support looks to be very responsive. Almost plug and play, mainly use it for reviews on product pages and also refer a friend with klaviyo

My website is currently being fixed, but looking forward to seeing this work in my favour, with my customers benefitting too. I’m currently playing around with the free version, before I leap into paid. Customer service from Jade has been incredible, even with me being on the free plan. Gives me a lot of confidence in the product
We are only small grocery and not too much profit at here. I using the app until they send me the email. with 600 orders/month , is not too much in rural and their palan is $199/month. Very expensive for us. I will use another ways for that
