I love the app, it's just the entry level price is too expensive for small businesses. They need to drop the starter price. I would have moved from Free to Starter over a year ago if they had a promotion or something. Currently keeping an eye out for cheaper paid options or seeing if they address the price issue. EDIT: Smile have addressed my issues. I am very happy with the dedication they showed in coming up with a great solution for my business.

Not being a particularly technical person I cant tell you how brilliant the customer support has been for the app, in particular Tess, Marie and Joana who all went out of their way to help me. I feel this integrated app will be a real bonus to growing my customer base and keep customers returning .

Smile is a remarkable Shopify app that offers loyalty points to customers, and my experience with it has been nothing short of outstanding. The app seamlessly integrates with my online store, and its customer service is exceptional. What sets Smile apart is its incredible customer service. The team behind Smile is friendly, patient, and always ready to help. Even with small, seemingly obvious questions, they respond in the most friendly and helpful manner. Thank you! Especially helpful has been Joana - who went above and beyond when helping me with a pesky problem that I just couldn't figure out. Smile is amazing! ETA - Erin is a gem who also went above and beyond, helping with something that didn't even have to do with Smile! The support from this app is phenomenal!

I have been looking into a loyalty app for some time, and after fair bit of research, have settled on Smile. It ticks every box we need, and whilst not cheap, it seems to offer better value than much of the competition. On top of that it seems pretty straightforward to use, and the staff I have dealt with have been super helpful and patient.

Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !

Had a negative experience first , then Nicole from customer service helped us sort everything out and get the best out of our App. Smile.io have allowed our retail location to collect and retain more customers and allow for an enjoyable experience for our customers.

This app has cost me thousands of dollars. It rewards people on top of any existing discounts in my store and there are no rules or ways to prevent it stacking. I am losing money all the time due to this. Not happy. The aesthetics are nice but they clearly don't understand retail business and how customers behave.

Smile coupons are not able to be combined. Unfortunately, some 3rd party apps conflict with Smile and can cause unexpected behavior, such as allowing discounts to stack. We don't recommend using these apps alongside Smile for this reason. We also have a recommended setup to help optimize your rewards program and ensure it works for your Store.
