Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Who doesn't LOVE a discount?! My customers are always grateful to get their $5 off coupon, and I like the incentives Smile offers for them to earn their rewards. The customer service is GREAT, too. The response time is fast, and their instructions are clear. They really do offer their service with a Smile. Working with the program is easy, and I recommend this app!

We've been using the app for quite some time now, and it actually helped a lot to increase the referral process. It's simple, easy to use and understand and great for starting out a rewards program. Also, customer support was quick and spot on replying to our questions (shout out to David for helping us sort out tagging customers inside Shopify).

Had a slight problem and was sorted straight away. Jade was really helpful and managed to solve the problem in minutes which would have taken me hours

The service from these guys is terrific- David on their team was happy to jump on a call and help me with my solution and it took all of 5 minutes. The best!

Smile works great and the support is top notch. I had some questions this morning and was on a google meet call within minutes and they went above and beyond to help resolve my questions. Highly Recommended. Update: Support continues to be amazing and this app has generated a ton or repeat buyers.

We have been using Smile.Io for about 14 months. As we have grown the app has worked well for us. The support team - in particular David - has been very helpful. As we have grown there have been things we needed help with and they have always been able to help and accommodate our needs. Often apps push you to move to higher levels before you are ready or able to move but Smile has always been able to show us how to manage things or help us when needed.

We have 3 Shopify websites and use Smile for rewards on all of them. We have been very happy with this app and our customers love our rewards program. Smile also has a great support team. I recently talked to David and he was very kind, responsive and quickly helped me resolve our issue!

Smile is a very easy to use Rewards & Loyalty App. We have been running with it for over 6 months now and it was easy enough to set up, links well with our email marketing and if we have any questions regarding the features, support has been quick to respond and very thorough in their response. I have looked at several loyalty programs and have settled on Smile. The free tier provides good features to start out, and the customer service is very responsive.

Great value for the entry level system that we use here at Owens Organic Coffee. The system has enabled us to better serve our most loyal customers and to encourage new customers to return (we have a very high returning customer rate). Easy to set up, easy to use, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Recharge (subscriptions) and the chat support has been top notch (very quick responses too).

Loving the app! And the support is amazing! I thought I would have to upgrade my subscription to gain some functionality I need, but I reached out to chat support (who responding in less than 1 minute) who pointed me to just what I needed without having to upgrade!
